normally I use Manual mode, set the aperture to get the DOF, shutter speed for background exposure.
Flash normally set at i-ttl unless certain cases using Manual for special lighting effects.

I would really love to make this but it is impossible because polypropylene at .5mm thick, much less black, is impossible to purchase in the US. Even when converted to inches, at .02, still impossible to find. After hours of searching all I could come up with was a company in China via ebay. So if anyone from the US has made this I/we would appreciate the supplier of the material. BTW, Thank You Very Much Fong Kam Yee!
You are most welcome. BTW, one may modify this where shorten the both sides protruded wings for better handling in the field.

The drawing are incomplete. For the body you cannot draw the sides without proper measurements for depth. There is no accurate way to cut the sides. Even in your video, you start the recording with the sides already drawn for the sides.... Pity
