@AKuM se-12 there are times when the bodies will stiffen up and stretch out (as opposed to falling in a heap). It’s called the fencing response I believe. Also, there is a lot of blood traveling through the brain, so it’s not uncommon for blood to literally squirt or spray a decent little fountain from a GSW to the head.
I agree, head shots in horror films are two a penny, but that particular scene from Schindlers List i had to skip, saw it once years ago and that was enough. Sure it's a film, but still a hard watch.
the schindlers list deaths are so realistic that i be questioning whether it is or not. The way they drop when shot in the head is done so well im pretty sure they studied videos of people getting shot in the head for this film.
Probably one of the hardest parts to watch from Schindler's list and trust me there is alot but how realistic the headshots were in that movie, the way the bodies go limp and just collapse rather than the dramatic fall we usually see from a headshot always found it very unnerving watching people die in that movie like I'm really watching people die in the holocaust. Definitely one of the most important movies ever made
I was literally just about to post this EXACT same thing til I saw your comment. Not dramatic, no dazzling cinematography. Just brutally effective and harshly indefinite and Spielberg knew that
Exactly, when the walking boy gets shot in the movie the discharge of brain tissue and skull fragments is so realistic. Also when they die there isn't a giant gush of blood. Just the dust kickup and the pink dry brain tissue.
It is scenes like that in Breaking Bad, that cemented its masterpiece status Also, I just noticed Walter's headlights are off, so there is not way the crooks could spot him until he accelerated to run them over.
@@TATERTOT4353 hahaha well yes but it's more believable that way, plus Walt could've been driving so fast they just had no time to react, or normally and only accelerated when he was near them.
That moment in “Heat” where Pacino takes an extra second to snug the rifle stock into his shoulder before firing on Sizemore, so good. Still probably not what I’d want if it were my kid Sizemore was holding but wtf yolo
Had an idea that might fit this channel well! A compilation of the best disaster sequences in cinema. The Independence Day and Knowing type stuff. Lot of good content in that genre, just an idea
I mean, it's impossible to feel bad for someone who raped an innocent woman, so lubed and blown apart by a shotgun is fitting, and in a world where you can't just deform people into abominations, you gotta improvise with how you deliver karma.
The wolf creek 2 one, seriously the best friend to a rifle is distance. Last thing you want to do is run off. Sure they both were killed up close, but know what you’re doing, grab and move the barrel aside, pull at it, lots of problems for the shooter.
2:05 for this being a scene in a TV show, I've always wondered how they did the special effects (well, ALL the special effects in Break Bad look real, so there's that). I mean, it really does look like he's hitting two legit human beings. It's a fucking awesome scene because of how your mind processes the images. It just LOOKS REAL.
i feel like there's some good headshots in Kingsman: The Secret Service we're missing out on. not sure about Golden Circle. I think there might've been one or two in there too.
The one thing i take from schindlers list is the fact that life really didn't mean a thing to the camp goons.in most scenarios the baddies deserved it or it was a mercy shot, but schindlers is too damn realistic.
Weird ethical policy by UA-cam when they are happy to allow this absolutely brutal content to be shown but as soon as there is any form of nudity, however mild, it is edited, pixelated or simply not shown! Plenty of places to find nudity etc on the internet so that's not the point, just their strange attitude....
i've always found schindlers list scarily realistic man
True🎬👍
@AKuM se-12 exactly that's extrenely rare to see in movies and games but it's exactly how it is.
If you look closely you can see that they used puppets to simulate this. Looks really scary in normal speed

@Turts W what was the point in calling him a moron? Nothing bad or even dumb was said?
Schindlers list is the only movie Ive seen to get death by being shot in the head soright, it’s brutally accurate.
Yes
the pianist is also realistic but had less.
@@ir8free yes true
Schindler's List must be the one and only movie (I know) that depicts death from getting shot REALISTICALLY and it's frightening
