You can put fisheye mirrors on the heating vents by the door to give you rear-view for when removing the doors, they're ~$3-5 @ Canadian Tire or AutoMart etc. I permanently affixed mine, then I just spin them backwards when not in use, be sure they are secure if you turn them toward the inside, because the sticky tape they come with isn't THAT sticky, and if they fall in it's a pain to remove. Be sure to tighten your seatbelt before heading out with the doors off, you don't wanna slosh around in the corners. ;-) The word you were looking for @ 16:00 are called "Grab Handles".
