In this Skul the Hero Slayer video, I'll be using Berserker, but I get him early to really showcase his power! Berserker is a character who has been in the game for a very long time, and has remained the same pretty much the whole time; if it ain't broke don't fix it. Berserker is on the surface an archetypical power skull, swing slow and hit hard, but under the surface there's a lot more there. Berserker always has a specific skill, at unique it's Bone Scream, which lets out a roar that deals AoE damage and speeds up the attack speed of Berserker and his partner skull by 100% for 10 seconds, which is genuinely actually useful and people sometimes make arguments for picking up a support Berserker, keeping him at unique, and using him to speed up your main skull. This is all well and fine, but the real prize for Berserker comes at legendary. When Berserker is upgraded to legendary the skill changes to Bone of the Devil, which at the sacrifice of your HP evolves him into Devil, a power skull who uniquely has a very fast basic attack and hits like a truck. The HP sacrifice can be scary to new players, but the transformation more than makes up for it, the damage output of Devil's basic attack is enormous. This character is often these days compared to Dominator, and it's easy to see why: For one they look very similar, but they also both transform and are very centered around their basic attacks. However, while Dominator is shiny and new, we can't also forget the power of this character, he really is quite good. That's what this run aims to be, a showcasing of a skull who maybe these days struggles to find the spotlight! Joined by Officer, can Berserker show he still has that dog in him, and can go toe to toe with the stronger characters in this game?

Ngl Officer is cool but i feel like he isnt too good until you get your speed pillar filled.
Hes good normally, dont get me wrong, but man that speed really makes a difference.

Heres an Idea for a potential run for you Haxa. A Chimera Run: Take Animal themed Strength Skulls (Heracles and Minotaur for example) and do a poison run with them.

Funnily enough I was going to do a beserker run yesterday and it was pretty damn powerful, had two olive tree cudgels(Slime in act 1, had to delete all my items) and hand of the destroyer. Then Hercules came along and I didn't want to but I had to go with him ass he was way stronger. I ended up finding armour of fear and manatech circulator and it was crazy. Also I got early melanophobia and ambition so this run was busted. My strongest run since 1.9 that didn't have at least 6 omen items. Even stronger than my double crown of thorns Dominator run

Another one of my favorite lads, berserker that is, he’s fallen down my list of favorites because I’ve started liking power skulls less but this lad was in my top three for a while especially early on I loved this guy as a new player… I don’t know if that makes me unhinged
