Mmm looks tastey. The one thing I would suggest though is soaking your sticks before you put stuff on them so they don't burn up on the ends when you grill em.

Here there! I've done this recipe last year but when I wanted to do it again this year, I see that the recipe link is broken? Is there a way to mend that? You don't mention here at what temperature we set the oven at and for how long. (400 or 450, I don't remember)

I don’t have a bbq. Can I bake them in oven and then put them on the skewer? Or air fryer??

I made these and they are incredibly delicious. I am a total newb with BBQs...so I ended up drying out my tofu but the flavour is awesome. How long did you leave your tofu on the bbq?

I only love these on the BBQ until they have grilled marks on each side to the inside still stays a bit tender. I made these for a BBQ yesterday, and I kid you not, people were saying wow this chicken is really good!! I was so happy I could have cried lol!! So yeah definitely don't let them dry out! :) Try it again but as soon as you see gilled marks, turn the skewers, and when pretty much all sides seem grilled, they are ready! Check the Temp. too, maybe try lower Temp. for the BBQ and see how that goes! Thanks so much for trying the recipe!!! I hope it turns out even petter next time! :) You can try it in the oven too :)

As you work with tofu, may you help me?
I got a greek souvlaki marinade, the traditional one is boiling herbs, galric, lemon and stuff in water for hours and then "marinating" chicken in that water
As the goal with tofu is usually to get all the water out of it, do you see a chance to marinate the tofu in waterbased marinade? Or do you have an advice for me? Or would you just never use such marinades for tofu?

I would say follow exactly what she does here. Don't involve water or else it would change the taste... I did this recipe with tofu and the marinade and it turned out SO good!

What can substitute red wine vinegar?

You can substitute it with apple cider vinegar or white balsamic vinegar.
