I am an old Ham, expired do about 30 years. I am going to get licensed again very soon. Realistically, I live about an hour away from Associated Radio, the closest to me. They do have good prices, and they will be flexible on prices. I think local is worth a little more, they compete as much as they can and they come to our HamFest. I don't care about a $20 savings on one thing, it will be made up later. And, in the long run, if you have a local dealer that you like, just appreciate their advice and support, they will remember.
MTC currently has the best deals on what I've been looking for. Just picked up the 705/905 twins + backpack and antenna for $4K (free shipping)! Thanks for giving me the insight into their existence!
I love my Signal Sticks. They fit into my small sling EDC with a UV5R with backup battery. You can curl them up, and they come b3ck straight. I got yellow for one gender of SMA, and yellow for another. Can find them quickly, and know which mount they go on.

Ham Radio Outlet has the G90 on sale for $395.95! May be more reliable than Ali Express
Radioddity is cheaper than that
@@HamRadio2 I only see $445 on Radioddity?
@@OC-OUTDOORS look at the bundle packages to the right. I go over all of this in the video
The G90 ad from AliExpress said "This item is no longer available." in the upper right corner of the ad.
The Y 85W model seems to be built into a Standard commercial radio enclosure.
I ordered the 2 pack of the QRZ-1 Explorer. My next door neighbor is studying for his technician license.
Thanks Jason!

Strange, you must've got a bad radio with that QRZ-1. I have one of the first ones when it was new, and it still works fine
