A stunning 1400 square meter, 3-story residence has been built in Johannesburg East. The home is designed with a unique stacked and intersecting perforated "boxes" concept, which gives it a monolithic and contemporary look. The exterior is made of dark grey aluminium perforated screens and concrete panels, while the interior is warm and inviting with walnut timber flooring and Porcelanosa's Xtone Liem Grey tiles.
The home is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system, central hydronic air-conditioning and underfloor heating system, and a PV panel array with inverters and battery backup. It also has a gymnasium, entertainment room, wine cellar, and home cinema in the basement.
The home was designed to be a unique and tailored space for the clients and their family. It is definitely a destination home that will be enjoyed by everyone who visits.
