Great tutorials. Can't believe how Canva takes all the work out of creating posts/listings. But, do you have the paid version, because I don't have the option of "replace background" in order to apply the shadow? Also, my images keep disappearing in the iploads pane and within the page I'm designing.....Thanks
Yes I do have pro version, however you can still stretch the image to cover the whole background if you don’t get the option to “replace background”… sometimes this feature disappears for me too 😊.
If your images disappear in your uploads keep refreshing the page or log out. I also reccommend using Google chrome browser 👍🏻
thanks for this! Any chance you know how to do it where you use a phone mockup and it shows the listing photos in a scrolling animation? it's pretty common to see on listings now but wasn't ever sure

If I upload photos from my iPad into Canva, do they automatically become PNG files?
Yes, when you download your images/designs for the listings you have the option to save as a png file.
I have real products and video that needs editing. Can you actually edit video or only create videos from still pictures?
You might need a proper photo editing software to edit your videos
I've seen videos on Etsy with typing on the screen. Do you create those?
No I don’t use typing but it can definitely be done 😊
Im trying to find out how these etsy sellers post the videos of a single item that spins around 360 degrees. Can canva do this?
I’m not not I have seen this yet, but surely Canva would be able to do it 😊
