So true on the shaving and waxing! I recently switched to hair removal cream for down there and it's so much better than constantly shaving (for me anyway).
Mitcum deodorant is amazing for summer, it comes in a powder fresh scent which is really nice, just fresh and doesn't clash with any perfume, I think the solid stick works the best. Perspirex is a really strong product, and different to normal anti-perspirants. You apply it at night and it stops you sweating for a couple days. It can be irritating and *definitely* don't use it after shaving or waxing.
What hair removal cream do you use?

I keep wipes in the car, spritz with rose water in the car and use lume deoderant. Im back to drinking mint flavored chlorophyl too. I also have oil perfune rollerball minis in the car. I also clean my underarms and personal areas with teatree oil AFTER bathing. Its amazing to see left over dead skin after a bath.

nicole mentions this for women for bigger boobs but its essential for any women in a hot humid place like Florida to also use body deoderant under your boobs even women with smaller boob sizes. i don't know how many times I've walked out of my house and just started getting the underboob sweat and Im only a B cup.
Shaving is very important to control odor. I read years ago that hair holds odor. So having hair on our body parts makes odor worse.
Chlorophyll drops in your water or Chlorofresh supplements for that extra umph ❤

Thank you Nicole,! I have the Dove solid deodorant. It works. I have water wipes for down under and change your underwear liners often then use the mini deodorant to keep fresh. Double wash your body bar soap and body wash use a body oil,then body spray , a lotion that goes with your fragrance.I am an over sprayer. I spray before I put my clothes on and after. I keep all that stuff in my bag and at work. I have 3 lollipop fans .
The tip regarding perfume application before and after moisturizing was eye opening. I also agree with hair removal as a key tip to remaining fresh. Excellent video

The only process that has been working for me is: after using Dr. Bronners Peppermint Castille soap, Aloe vera gel under my underarms and boobs,Vaseline stick under my underarms and boobs, native spray deodorant, finish with Donna Karan natural deodorant. Before this, I was having issues but not anymore and I am outside in almost 100 degree weather

I always have some in my bag at all times.powder under deodorant and on top once dried.
Bathe regularly,scrub top to bottom,get all the dead skin off.

This video was so good! I also carry a facial mist or water spray (aerosol) to help keep me cool. Spray your face then use your fan it's so nice and cooling! Also those oil absorbing sheets for your face are so useful.

Hello! Washing my back with Hibiclens works for me, it will leave you fresh and odorless until the next day, I only use it a few times a week, not every day, I also use antibacterial dial soap, Lume has a deodorant bar that works for the whole body, use the one that has no odor, and if you are going out always have baby wipes, or witch hazel wipes, I hope I have helped you😁

Y’all DO NOT spray perfume in your hair if you have dry hair. If that perfume has alcohol in it it’s going to kill your dry hair. Do what works for you but the back of the neck is a good alternative

Have you changed your diet? Eating a lot of "stinky" foods (garlic, onion, Brussel sprouts etc)?
Your hormone levels could have changed. At different intervals in my life, my hormones would affect my smell.
It’s off, same happened to me. The boric acid helps. Take more baths. Add vinegar epson salt and povidone 10 percent. It could also be hormones changing get them checked. That musty smell down there will have you self conscious.

Try not using deodorant and use lime instead in its place. Make sure you dry the area. Drink water. Your body probably went through a change. I have had the same issue and I think it’s helping. If not showering twice a day make sure you at least clean the area with a mild soap. And probiotics of some sort.

Sis, I sweat easily especially on my back cus idk I have like anxiety , I try to wear shirts that are strapless or like the one ur wearing in this video but the sweat bleeds thru my shirt and for the strapless shirt, I feel like ppl just stare and get disgusted at my sweaty baxk which the feeling alone jusg makes it even worser, idk whag I have I care so much of what ppl think 😢
I can relate but my problem area is my pits. It literally starts dripping down my arms. It’s so embarrassing, but I’m very self conscious about how I smell which is why I sweat so much

I like dove spray also Nicole BUT, it has aluminum in it 😢 and there are a lot more of them out there that don't have aluminum in it. Just trying to take care of your inside and outside body.

In my opinion Lume is the only whole-body deodorant that works. I've tried Secret & Native they did not work for me. I live in Houston though so...😆😆

Wash underwears with scent free detergent, don’t douch, or wash vaginal area with Anything scented, wear cotton under wear, cut down on wearing leggings let the cutamama breath, and she will be happy and cooperate with you.😊
