Thank you so much again 500k!! I hope you enjoyed todays video i know usually when i do girls tips i be popping out of places but this time i decided to do a sit down chit chat. These 6 tips have defiantly improved my hygiene so much so try these tips if you're struggling in any of these areas. Your tip on using CeraVe on vulva (from another video)is actually OB/GYN approved and works AMAZINGLY! I’m fat so it takes a little extra effort to stay fresh, but this tip, coupled with rose water witch hazel, works perfectly!❤
Also not alot of people speak about healthy and regular discharge and the use of panty liners.
I was so ashamed and thought something was wrong with me when i was younger because my underwear was always wet until i was taught about liners and changing them every few hours to stay fresh until my next bath. This improved my life alot although it felt 'like common knowledge'. I am so glad that we can all learn, oh girl i suffered from enough embarrassment, i feel your pain😢

@yvonnekilla3971 I haven't noticed it on my armpits but I don't look at them ever so I really wouldn't know. I can however tell you that for odor control anywhere on your body (pits, vulva and pubic mound, booty crack, thigh creases, feet, under boob ANYWHERE) it WORKS 💪🏿
Is it expensive not bring rude but I wanted to try this Neutrogena Body Wash but when I looked on Amazon it was like £46 something (which is about $60!) I wish I could! ❤

Hey girl @yvonnekilla3971 I know it's been 3 months but I had to come back to tell you yes Lume does lighten your underarms. I just noticed it because after this video I ordered me & my mom more of it & I notice my pits are even tone with my arms 💪🏿now 😊
I use to change my toothbrush every month, my dentist says every 3 months, using the soft bristle. It is refreshing to know you are teaching young people how to take care of themselves.
It's bacteria that causes the odor, so yes, it's helpful to keep the hair shaved/trimmed, so that the odor is minimized or eliminated while using deodorant. Great tips!

Amen to double cleansing!! I’ve always done this and ppl wonder why my shower takes 30 minutes. I scrub myself 3X with 2 soaps 1 soft 1 hard. Then I exfoliated, and then do my face 2X with my face soaps - 2 as well. I wax only for kitty but lord help u if my 6 foot ass is shaving my legs. Park up for an hour bredren, it’s gonna be a while before I’m ready 😂

1. Exfoliating before shaving softens rhe hair for a smoother shave.
2. Use Hair Conditioner as instead of a tge stinky shaving cream. It works much better and makes shaving seemless with excellent results.

If you sweat a lot try Arm & Hammer deodorant/antiperspirant. It has to be one in the yellow tube not the natural stuff.

I love this! I double cleanse with native body wash (peach nectar), coconut 🥥 body scrub and dove shea butter and vanilla. Top it off with a vanilla body butter and my Arabian Belle perfume. Great combo if your going for that warm scent

Add flossing to the dental hygeine and we good to maintain tooth health and have good breath.
Think the standard is to change the toothbrush every three months. Every 2 weeks gonna stress some pockets lol

1.Try Eucerine Oil Soap for the lower regions. It's lovely 🌺‼️
2. Stop shaving your inside bum. It causes cuts which can bring you harm‼️

PS, also a soft bristle toothbrush is the best. I was considered an "aggressive" brusher growing up, and bushed back my enamel. Now have a lot of bondings done. Brush, floss, and don't attack your teeth with a brush that feels like steel wool!

The trick to not brushing so hard, is to hold the brush towards the end only using your thumb, index, and middle fingers😉

Hi, newby here! For back acne, don’t rinse your hair conditioner out and go down your back. Try rinsing your hair bending forward with hair under the shower. This also makes it easier to wrap a towel around when done 🤗

Do you have any information on getting rid of in grown hairs and dark spots on the bikini area? I can't shave so I trim short down there. That really alleviated ingrown hairs but I do have scars.
Also what whole body moisturizers do you recommend?
And if I’m having a gym day I use summers eve active 5 in 1 wash or phd boric acid wash. Definitely great after a cardio day
