Capital output ratio kam honi chaiye ya jeyada . Agar capital output ratio ko ∆I/∆Y likhte hai aur agar 100 rs of capital se 400 rs ka production hota hai tho capital output ratio 100/400 = 1/4 tho v =1/4 hoga na sir v=4 kayse hoga agar v = capital output ratio hota hai tho . Confusion hai thoda explain kare

Capital output ratio simply means the units of capital required to produce one unit of out put. Technological advancement should reduce the ratio.
