Inline 4 are cool sounding motorcycles, but u cant really difference if it is a suzuki, kawasaki or a beemer. They all sound the same.

I have been looking nationwide for an apartment complex to buy and have located one in Canton that seems to meet some basic criteria that I am looking for. I know this is a broad question and I am asking it in this way in order too keep from steering your answer. What is your seat of the pants thoughts on the housing and rental market as pertains to growth in the Canton Ohio area? Would you invest?
Canton is the type of town where people will always need apartments to rent. There's alot of new construction and jobs there so you should be able to get high occupancy for the units. I'd go for it.
