1. How hard was it to remove those seats, and was there any electrical you had to negotiate?

Ask away! Always here to share what I’ve learned so far.
Seats were really easy to remove, just 4 or 5 bolts per captain seat. The only electrical connection (on my 2021 Premium) was the seat belt sensor. Simple connector just unclips.
Vertical distance between the floor and the ceiling is 45”.

I have a 2021 Ascent also. I want to take the middle row seats out as well. 2 questions: How do I do that? Also, how easy would it be to put them back in?

How do you keep the Dometic charged while on road?
It's running off of a GoalZero battery that charges off of the alternator!

Question. Where is the 3rd kid going to go? It looks really cramped between the two carseats?
Good question - the Clek Flo carseats have a much narrower profile, and fit three across. One car seat is rear-facing (not pictured in the video), so it actually fits quite nicely.
