It doesn’t let me login to PSN keeps showing as I don’t have authorization
I have my xbox as my primary, but on steam I don't have anything not even gods, even though I bought the founders edition. and I have no legacy gems. My friends also see my Xbox gamertag and I see my steam tag. is this like a massive bug or something?
the customer support for smite is terrible. you guys changed the nosteam launcher option so i cant even access my main account because it automatically binded my 2nd account that i never play on to my steam. And i cant link/unlink my 2 accounts from the hi rez website to fix it myself. ive been playing this game for 8 years and this is how it ends?
So do i need to unlink and delelte my 2nd account off steam first?
@@Rsp7ccw if you’re even able to unlink it then try it and then you should be able to launch the game on your main account. I wasn’t even able to unlink my 2nd account

yeah i have the same issue and i spend like 300 euros on the account i try now to contact the support only they can fix it so sad
@bga6189 i solve the problem for me by doing to link my epic games account on hirez because you cant unlink steam i was lucky that i havent linked anything with epic before i thinking they linked my hirez account to my 2 steam account because sometimes in the past i have linked it and unlinked it but i dont know i must check it up later
no wonder i logged in as my PSN and it put my Steam one as primary and now i cant switch it unless i make a new acc with a different email and i cant log in as PlayStation cause ya wack as website is messed up keep getting error

you can only link 1 first if you have another linked from the page under the "primary account" slider on any other platform
so there is no hirez account anymore ? it just steam, epic , ps , xbox ?
thats what im saying? I used epic games for smite 1 but wouldnt the account info be linked to the Hi-Rez not the epic?
That's my issue as well, I knew I played Smite back then.. But I'm sure that's a Hi-rez account or something
@@Sumowning all the purchases I made for battle passes and stuff was on steam, but I ended pre ordering on epic, so all my skins are gone now unless I somehow merge steam and epic 😭😭😭 so you need to make sure you get the game on the one you spent money on between steam and epic

What if I played SMITE on the Hi Rez Launcher? Im not sure which option to pick.
I believe that if you launch Smite on Steam for the first time you can then log in with the same user info that was used in the launcher. So if you are trying to link your old launcher account I would THINK that would be the one to choose?

you can just download it on one of those platforms and logg into it and then itll still work

So I’ve spent over $1500 on smite 1, I connect my accounts get on smite 2 and I have literally 0 rewards????? What?????
I bought Founders Edition on PS 5 but play smite 1 on PC. I have a lot of Cross gen Skins, i get this skins when i start playing now on ps5 smite 2? Even when i bought all with my PC Account and founders on ps5?

Where you say Smite 1 progress should be your main, the website forum post instructions says most Smite 2 progress should be selected as main.
Which one is it? I'm a former PS player who is moving over to PC this time, and these conflicting instructions dont help at all.

That is a good questions, I am in the same predicament. Video says smite 1 smite 1 smite 1... But then the website saysSmite 2 smite 2 smite 2. So how do us Playstation players who are trying to move to PC. Is my primary account I select PS or PC??
Same issue here, moving from PS to PC and the FAQ on the website says select the primary account you plan to play Smite 2 on and link divine legacy through that, but this is saying the opposite.

Same for me. I played smite 1 for 8 years on PS4 and just got a pc, wich im gonna play smite 2. I just put my primary account my PS4 one, and linked my steam account. But now idk if that was the right call. Pls let me know if any of you get an anwser
What if your main account for Smite 1 is on the Switch? I understand that the sequel isn’t coming to the system but I wanna lose everything moving to PlayStation

So i played Smite1 on steam with my buddies, and I have bought the 100$ edition of smite 2 excited to play. Just wondering why all my buddies got gems and free stuff (from buying the base game) and I got none of my smite 1 transfers :/

My friend just started the game, but if she plays with me we always get super hard enemies, since i have played it already. Is there a way i can change to a new account so she doesn't get killed non stop. It is super unfriendly for new players....and there is no way i can play with her together except for training mode..

I set my Xbox account as primary. Trying to log into smite 2 on pc. It shows I have no mastery or legacy gems or skins anything. If I end up losing all my progress from smite 1 I swear to god I’ll never spend another dime with hirez. Too bad you have no support number to actually help.

When OG smite first launched in its alpha.
I made an account through them through the normal way.
But apparently they made some changes with that that's causing complications.
But it's still shouldn't be giving me issues cuz I long ago linked that high-rise account to my Xbox and which should be the same account.
But I'm starting to think that that's what they did.

What about suspended smite 1 accounts?! We can log in and activate divine legacy. If we're allowed to play smite 2, we should be allowed to access our years of progress and money soent

I can't tell if at all if it linked. It shows my Xbox but only say download.
Otherwise I don't see anything from what I had or gems conversion legacy whatever.
I'm assuming it worked if it's only showing download for Xbox.

I went from Xbox beta tester to pc I had them linkined in smite 1. I’m on ps5 now and all my progress from Xbox and steam are not really there. I had that beta emblem in smite 1 but not in smite 2? I have my accounts linked and tried different primary’s? kinda stuck lol

I linked my PSN to steam for Smite 2 but don’t see any of my stuff transferred from my PSN to Steam on the Alpha
i recevied a mail saying that i got accepted/invited to smite 2 but itsnt on my library after sometime i got another mail saying that its been a week and they request my reviews and bugs to the game while i didnt even recieve it.

Hi, I would like to be able to play with a PC account on PS5. Despite linking the PC account on the smite website, where I was later redirected to sign in on the playstation, it still logs me in automatically to the playstation account instead of the PC account. Please help

Alpha Smite2 still only 14 gods and only conquest, for a id10t like me its to difficult as i play other modes only, bacus got no power

What if I link my smite 1 to epic smite 2 my legacy gems transfer but then I want to change to steam smite 2. By disconnecting will I get my legacy gems in steam aswell?

Smite never had cross progression between PlayStation and other platforms. PlayStation was my primary account. If I link my other accounts, will I get the legacy gems from those accounts or only from the PlayStation account?
Something I would like to know too. Playstation was my main account too. Has the most unlocked and bought there but Switched to Xbox because of a friend.
Once you link your accounts, they both will have the same progress. You will be able to play on xbox and playstation interchangeably with the same progression, legacy gems and all. But, you will only get the legacy gems from your playstation account, since that's your main account. It won't just merge them and add it up.

How do I know if my hirez account is linked to my steam account? It never asked for my hirez account login.
Log into Hi Rez's website and you can find what is attached. Similarly should be abel to see what is connected to your steam account.

after linking process my account name from smite 1 changed to my steam name in smite 2. I want my name from Smite 1 to move to Smite 2

thats probably cuz the games on steam usually gets your steam name as yours, so if you change your steam name it changes in game as well 🤔

hey smite team when i play smite on ps4 it looks amazing but when i play smite on my brand new 1500€ laptop it looks terrible and playing feel terrible too i hope u fix it with smite 2

If i have ban in smite 1 (A was a little too toxic in one game) my account would be banned in smite 2 too or i can play smite 2 normally?

Skins are not carrying over
You can "keep" them in Smite 1, but not copy them to Smite 2.
Need help I have the 100 dollar cross over zeus skin but can't use it on alpah beta nor the neith version anyone else

I have the same problem on X-Box. Not only the Founder Edition skins but cross skins from Smite 1 are locked for me too
