    Hallo Ivan! That is another beautiful recipe for y(our) online collection! I want to try the pumpkin fritters too with bacalao in light and spicy tomato! Inspiration just pops up into my head when I watch your videos. Oh, have to write you this. Made your Rakaka this evening, potato hash browns with shrimpsalade. But a bit different. No black pepper so white pepper. No fresh dille so fresh coriander. Half shrimps half crayfish. Ran out of mayonaise so the most part crème fraiche. No red fish eggs caviar. What can I say? It was divine! Really, a good recipe, even when you have to change some stuff in it, stays fabulous. I had to write that to you because it was so great. Thank you for sharing all these goodies with us! Bye! Oh, and I used light crème fraiche., because I am afraid that the full cream cuts my appetite.

      Hey my friend! 😁 Your version sounds delicious, and actually white pepper is more traditionally used in Swedish cuisine than black pepper so that was a nice move 😉 And crayfish is also a very Swedish thing to eat, here there are even specific "crayfish parties" (called kräftskiva) in August 😂 It's awesome to hear about your versions and that your making these recipes your own.     Can't get funnels here 🍄‍ Chantel's are $40US/lb where we live 💰 that looks super bougie and per usual 😋

      Thank you chef! 😁 Wow, that's an insane price. Here, I can only get them during fall and sometimes you can get lucky at the end of the season and get them at a good price. But it's really a luxury mushroom, tastes fantastic though! 😁 Cheers!
