It's Your Choice: SCRS or State ORP

If you are a new state employee, then you are eligible to enroll in either the South Carolina Retirement System (SCRS) or the State Optional Retirement Program (State ORP). For this video, we are going to focus on Class Three members, or employees hired on or after July 1, 2012.
