@@kila_ave you have to find your plugins folder but I recommend finding a tutorial since I'm not the best expert on that lol😭😭 tysmm tho!

I have a weird issue,basically when i import my avatar and enable normalize, my avatar shows obviously but in a plain white texture,how do i fix it???
that usually means u didn't upload the avatar correctly, therefore it didn't upload the textures with them.
hiii im new to 3d editing and basically i understnad the part abt the nul layers and everything but for some reason whenever i try like add a keyframe on the null layer like and rotate it it doesnt like rotate properly like it looks like its going around something idk how to explain it can you please help me?
make sure that your camera is connected to the null and the null the box with the 3d is selected on

Hiii such a helpful tutorial, but i've got an issue, basically i downloaded element plug-in and when i add it to a solid layer it asks for a license right? Well i tried importing the license i got while installing element but it tells me that the license i picked is invalid can you help?
If youre on a mac and used THAT youtube tutorial to get it, that one doesnt work, i recommend using discord servers to find a working one

@@aefrost when i export the avater when i import in ae it come up as a "handle" amd just shows a pic of the avater like smooshed flat

HOW DO U REMOVE THE 3D CLOTHING SINCE IT DOESNT WORK??
on the right side of your screen, it should say your imported user, then click the arrow and it will show all the items including your head, legs, etc. find the 3d item and click on it then backspace/delete. hope this helps
