Robben is the greatest jazz/blues/rock player to ever play. His musicality, time, touch, tone and technique and soul have never been and will never be matched - a once in a lifetime player.
Wonderful! I just can' t get enough of TomBrechtlein. Needless to say anything about Robben or Roscoe. In my humble opinion the best Robben Ford Band ever! And Michiya fits just nicely!
7:26 TOM BRECHTLEIN! I've seen Tom in action many times with the Blue Line. In my opinion, playing power blues, he's unmatched, into the style but with a modern taste. GO TOMMY!

I agree but poor Buzz has no interest in anything like this. He is convinced he is going to make his fortune inventing something new. I see him alll the time and I hope he is well. I love his playing so much. God bless you Buzz..See you at the 7/11, or Kennnys shop. You willl always be the MAN!
It's a Fender Esprit given the Fender Custom Shop treatment. It became the RF model. Upgraded pickups to Seymour Duncan 59 on the neck and JB with coil splitter on the bridge. Cosmetic upgrades with binding and fret markers. "Tone chambers" routed into body before maple top laid on. It was to be Fender's answer to the Gibson 335. I always thought he did some of his best work with it. But when the endorsement deal runs out..... Of course RF is one of those guys, like Larry Carlton, that can make any guitar sound fantastic. I own a standard Esprit that I cloned to RF specs. As with any guitar, better PUs made all the difference in the world. RF was nice enough to sign it for me at a show in Houston years ago. It's the only one I play.

THE MAESTRO!!
Amazingly!
Robben is already legend. Give it up for Michiya.
HIS PAUL BUTTERFIELD TRIBUTE ALBUM AND CLAPTON REDOS ARE AMAZING AS WELL AS HIS BROS HARP PLAYING
Definitely a jam... RF the Master
THE master !!
28:26 Amazing how he changes between guitars so fast, he must have a great tech.
👍👍
There's just something about how Robben cuts through the band, delicious.
Ok Ford is one of the best everybody nows. But What a fantastic bass lines Beck do. And the tone is amazing too.
SAW HIM LIVE AROUND 1988 WITH ROY ROGERS WOW!TORONTO LOVES YA AND ROSCOE
MI wow nice find for me. TOMMY!
Still in my dream. I hope I could buy Fender RF model. Unfortunately this beauty is hard enough to find in Indonesia.
Reverb.com has them! You should definitely check it out man!
oh master robben
That's the Fender Espree. I like it's tone, cutting.
who the hell is Michiya Haruhata? He is great and how did this happen?
I wonder what Michiya Haruhata's songs was he listening to..
some decent flash from the lad but as Robben exihibits.....there's no substitute for decades of serious chops !
I wish I could read the headstocks on the "one of kind" guitars of his
Fender limited
Buzzy Feiten would have fit right in given the 90's vibe of this performance.
absolutely agree !

And he claims he doesn't practice....Im skeptical.
where did this come from>>??.. not on ant dvd i own..where can i get a full copy of this music..??
What kind of guitar is Robben using?
found out it is a Fender ... wow
fender with chambers holes so a little semi.
He does not use this guitar nowadays but this is a Fender Elite, also known as a Fender Flame, Fender Robben Ford Model and early Fender showmaster

niterane 98: it has a tunematic bridge; do you know the string length.?
Qeen
MATT SCHOLFIELD HAS A FAV GUITAR PLAYER ALSO
WHY ARE YOU YELLING AT EVERYBODY?!
Michiana could have been louder imo.
Michiya Haruhata is really giving RF a run for his money
Blues should have never evolved in this direction. Tacky
I tend to agree, the playing is high level though...
