Hola buenas tardes amigos,,,tengo un amplificador Sharp SX 8800(GY)al conectar la tarjeta hace corto,,,funde fusibles,,,me pueden ayudar en que consiste la falla?? 😢
@@petermewes4552 The aplifier has also surround. On the remote of the tower there was a button to enable surrounds. We you able to use the surrounds without remote?
From my opinion the SM-7700 sounds somewhat better. Little more bass, high, more vibrant and "brilliant". He has also less THD % compared to the SX-8800. Even he is only a "tin box" with not much content inside :-) So if someone does not need the extraordinary power the 7700 is a good and often cheaper choise...
If you also came here because you wanted to use the sharp 7700 amp without the clumsy tower and got stuck with the device not powering on and no help, try: ua-cam.com/video/vXMud5utr-A/v-deo.html
wow these amps really are that crappy as ppl are saying :D i mean, look at that lack of components... how on earth can anybody think that this is worth buying :D
These devices do not claim to be "high-end" and they are not. Nevertheless, the 7700 has quite a good sound. The 8800 has 2 strong, large transformers and 4x 10,000 uF filter capacitors, which some more expensive units do not have. There are two reasons why there is not "much content" in the units. They are designed with STK hybrid power amplifier chips and are pure power amplifiers, without source selection, without tone control and everything else.
@@hifiboy3896 I have the whole complete system with 2 tape decks,5 dis CD player , turn table and 5' ft. high speakers that came with it. Still works great, brought in 1990. I even hooked it up to play movie sound thru it. It came with a glass & wood cabinet too. $1,000 USD in 1990.
I too just returned home with the complete 7700 sharp system, haven't cleaned it up yet(15 years in an attic),very excited, will let you all know in about a 2 weeks how it sounds,,thanks pete
