I can share something valuable to this almost nobody knows anything about. My father was abcent as well, but not as much as with this guy. (If this is real btw all of this seems like acting and weird body language if you ask me). Something people don't realize is that if a boy grows up with his mother and the father is abcent, this can cause the boy to resent the mother. Because the father is not present enough, the mother becomes TOO present for a boy. This causes damage to his male identity that every boy is looking for and this guy misses strongly. And then yes him saying ''you are my best friend ma''... your mother is not supposed to be your best friend... she is supposed to be your mother first, anything else second. So his father was not there for him. Even his mother was not there for him at times. And then the mother probably sees him as her ''best friend'' that she loves so much. His mother is the only source of love, and the only source of hurt at the same time. His mother is clearly emotionally fucked in the head (Reminds me of my own hurting mother). I got cussed out the other day because a woman said “having no man gives her extra time to spend with her kids”. I responded saying “please make sure you maintain a healthy balance and not burden those kids with your emotional burden.” She and others start telling me I have issues and I’m projecting 😂😂. Alot of people take their life because people dont seem to see/get their pain. So they have no one to talk to. THey dont see the signs . This was horrible. My heart hurts for him. There was true pain behind what he was trying to say. The host were horrible and so was his mother. The best description his mother could of gave of how he “used to be” was to describe how he handled responsibility she put in him as a child smh! They wouldn’t even let him speak and when he was able to get a word out they invalidated his feelings. How terrible! I pray he was able to get help and healing from REAL professionals and not paid to play idiots on tv.

The conviction in that white ladies voice when she read his bar tab was so irritating. His face said it all. Then she had the nerve to say “on our tab”. I also struggle with alcoholism. I would say I am a functioning alcoholic but I’d lie if I say I go a day without a drink. I’ve had my own life problems & I don’t find it as an excuse but I get my peace when I get a drink & listen to music & podcast. Smoking used to be my thing but I need to stay clean for my career so that led to drinking. I say all that to say that I understand when you’re depressed it may lead to you finding things to take your mind off of it. I actually lost a friend of 20 years, two years ago to suicide. & we are only 28. From the outside looking in, it looks like life is going great. I live in a wealthy city, make good money, I take the gym very seriously but it’s what’s inside my mind that makes me feel like no one will understand. What he is saying is that he is tired of pretending to be his mother's husband. This usually happens to the first born of a single mother. The mother is basically making the kid become an adult before he finishes being a kid. When you have that kind of pressure on you, it definitely puts you in a dark place. You are basically being asked to be the father (a parent) to your siblings, while no one is there is being a parent for you. It's like asking a kid to fly a plane thru a storm and they were never taught how to fly a plane. However the mother is working hard to afford a nicer plane to fly. Hopefully that makes sense. In this video, he is asking how to land the plane but all these women are judging him that his flying skills are shit. Meanwhile other kids that grow up in 2 parents house holds are still at the flight academy, learning how to fly before they become adults. When he mentions the fake friends, he is basically saying his friends were jealous that he is already flying while they have to finish the academy before flying. I didn’t see my mom Bc she worked a lot, my older brothers would put their hands on me, & at a young age other family members tried use my innocence for their sick desires. 2021 was the hardest, darkest time of my life. I was physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually BROKEN. But now I feel genuinely GRATEFUL and BLESSED that I had to go through that phase because GOD has graciously REVEALED Himself to me in miraculous ways. I would say I am a functioning alcoholic but I’d lie if I say I go a day without a drink. I’ve had my own life problems & I don’t find it as an excuse but I get my peace when I get a drink & listen to music & podcast. Smoking used to be my thing but I need to stay clean for my career so that led to drinking.
I say all that to say that I understand when you’re depressed it may lead to you finding things to take your mind off of it. I actually lost a friend of 20 years, two years ago to suicide. & we are only 28. From the outside looking in, it looks like life is going great. I live in a wealthy city, make good money, I take the gym very seriously but it’s what’s inside my mind that makes me feel like no one will understand.

What he is saying is that he is tired of pretending to be his mother's husband. This usually happens to the first born of a single mother. The mother is basically making the kid become an adult before he finishes being a kid. When you have that kind of pressure on you, it definitely puts you in a dark place.
You are basically being asked to be the father (a parent) to your siblings, while no one is there is being a parent for you.

What’s not normal is how these women are attacking this young man yet none of them have lived s day in his shoes. His mother is not a good mother so that doesn’t help at all.
this makes me sick, he couldnt even express his feelings without them interrupting him, you could have gave him a chance to open up about his depression, so could have his mom, she could have at least sat him down and talked to him, he kept trying to tell them that he was in a dark spot, but all they wanted to talk about was his drinking problem 😭🙄! He had to yell because his mom kept talking over him, but as soon as he started talking, they wouldnt even let him finish, I could see why he was very emotional . The judges cant even feel his pain, i feel so bad for him, a lot! 💔🤬‼️ .
Get the fucking kid a therapist, who gave these asses the permission to talk shit about him. This exactly why we youngs dont speak out. The things that come out of our mouth isnt has bad as the thing on our minds. And when we do, we get criticized and judged. Whats the fucking point. I completely agree with the points you brought up.

Men, this is why you don’t vent to your parents, or women in general. As much as you can push to try to understand the other it won’t be true because we are different. Find friends, a mentor, a therapist.

2021 was the hardest, darkest time of my life. I was physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually BROKEN. But now I feel genuinely GRATEFUL and BLESSED that I had to go through that phase because GOD has graciously REVEALED Himself to me in miraculous ways. I am fortunate that He allowed me to know Him at a very young age, but this year is SPECIAL because of what WE (yes, GOD and me) have been through last year. He showed me how POWERFUL prayers truly are when I started to focus on WHO HE IS rather than who I am, on WHAT HE CAN DO rather than what I deserve. The experience was MAGICAL. He showed up BIG TIME and assured me that HE is indeed a LISTENING and RESPONDING GOD. Oh how my faith has skyrocketed as a result! Now more than ever, I have very bright HOPE for my future because I personally experienced how RELIABLE God is. And for that I will forever be grateful. GLORY BE TO GOD, MY EVER FAITHFUL FATHER. ♥️♥️♥️

I honestly hope this guy is doing better, I can tell he has been through a lot... man.. this is why a lot of teens (like me) and other kids can't talk to their parents. Sometimes people need to be comforted or actually help, instead of just criticizing
