The announcement of the RPG, caused me to check out the Old Gods of Appalachia podcast. Which is totally amazing, so I am seriously looking forward to this.
As a lover of RPGs and a big OGoA fan, I'm intrigued to see how this goes. That said, and though I hate to be negative, it's seldom a good sign when a game is described as 'elegant.' I can think of several 'elegant' RPGs that are basically unplayable. I sincerely hope this one turns out better.
I’ll admit, I’m intrigued. Of course, when any game attempts to incorporate a rich, existing, long established lore, I approach it with skepticism. Far too often, I am proven correct to do so. Perhaps this will be one of those rare gems, that does the source justice. We shall see.
I saw this ad just a few moments ago and honestly...I was intrigued. From the get-go, I could sense this was a possible new D&D campaign but the voice over sort of threw me off-guard

Same!
This looks fantastic, I can't wait to check out the primer!

MCG already did the Stay Alive horror sourcebook and awesome, but this is more of what I wanted - a complete horror setting.
I really want this book.
Gotta go listen to the podcast. Looks like an excellent role playing setting.
Am trying to find space in my budget. Am excite.

lol
even if "ALL" the lore is not incorporated in the RPG, Cypher system is easy enough that the GM can create on the fly, add to tweak, change.
my son loves this game
I suppose Nrvnqsr Chaos sent his dark stag familiar to haunt Appalachia
