Long Beach Crawfish Festival July 2018

The Long Beach Crawfish Festival is chock full of Cajun food, Cajun dancing, and New Orleans style Mardi 'Gras parades. This years Crawfish Festifal featured fresh crawfish flown in daily from New Orleans and cooked in special copper cooking pots made just for this festival.
