I was just about to purchase this mattress, and I went to Slumber Yard and ASL reviews to get their promo discounts. Thank God Almighty ASL had a banner across the top of this listing stating that there were dozens of BBB complaints recently, I clicked the link they have posted on that review page and it took me to the BBB listing, there are so many horror stories there, people waiting 7 months to over a year to get their mattress/bed, writing/calling/emailing ReST, usually without an answer from them... or a generic "supply chain issues, just wait a little longer." Then waiting MONTHS for a refund after they cancel.... just crazy, thank you so much ASL for being so open and putting that link on your site..... you just saved me $6k and so much heartache.....

Hi John! You are completely correct, U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued that it's a requirement that all mattresses contain flame retardants. And since ReST foams are CertiPUR US Certified they use a fire retardant sock which wraps all foams and complies with this law :)
After researching the profile of this mattress and reading every review extensively we are starting to realize now that we are most likely not going to get our bed. Even if we do get it I'm also reading several reviews that state then not honoring their warranty, not sending out replacement parts, they don't answer calls or emails, app doesn't work renders the bed useless. I would strongly advise people to not give this company your money and to research elsewhere.
I bought mine in July of 2021. Still hasn’t been delivered. In December, they told me I was 6th in the queue. If you got yours, I’d be surprised and upset at Rest.
@@-d.b.m.1962 Have not received it yet. Just passed the 1-year anniversary of ordering it, July 23rd. I'm going to send them yet another email about it and I'm sure they'll get back to me and say the shipping delays are still causing issues.
Hi ASL reviews - was looking to get rest bed but after reading comments here it definitely sounds like rest the company is having issues delivering. Have you checked with the company recently? Would love to get what I prefer (rest mattress based on your reviews) but very hesitant given the comments in here.
Hi Dafabb! We have tried to reach out to Rest directly and keep up to date on the latest. There does appear to be an increased number of delays when ordering from Rest even extending to processing refunds and we have yet to hear any news further on this. We will continue to try and monitor the situation, if you would like to know more you can read some of the comments on Better Business Bureau
@@michaelshelnutt3534 We, unfortunately, haven't tested or reviewed the iSense or Personal Comfort. But we will try and look into these brands in the near future.
I’ve been waiting since 12/1/21. Many, many ignored email and calls. I have even gone in the physical store in Atlanta. I was given encouraging news, but as soon as I left, they’ve gone back to the same practices. I WOULD NOT recommend trusting them with your order until they can prove reasonable shipping times and long term support.

Hi Mike, when you were showing the various components, you didn't show a fire barrier around the foam layers. Isn't a fire barrier required by law?

Yes, we do! All of our reviews are on products we have personally tested.
