C. japonica puts on quite a show. I’ve seen a couple of varieties that had blossoms that rivaled peonies. Personally, I prefer Camellia sasanqua. It’s not as showy, as the blooms are smaller and simpler. It’s not as messy. I like that it flowers autumn through winter when not many other shrubs are blooming. C. japonica buds and blooms are often damaged by severe late winter, early spring weather. In my experience, C. sasanqua doesn’t suffer as badly from similar conditions.
Does anyone know what variety is this one? I have the same one but lost its label. So I have no idea what kind is it. If anyone knows, please let me know.
These are beautiful. I started getting into the Camilias and I do not regret it! Well rounded for all year!
Could also be Nuccio's Pearl. Looks very similar to Desire
Đẹp tuyệt vời ❤❤❤👍👍👍

That first plant is an overachiever.

This looks like Camellia 'Desire' to me. I have a small one in a pot. My soil is possibly not ideal but I'm going to give it a go in the ground.
Wow!
What is the full name?
Camellia Desire I think.
