    Kung aayusin natin itong 5 bagay sa buhay natin, posible na GUMALING tayo sa mga sakit, tulad ng diabetes, ulcer, stress, katabaan at sakit sa puso.
    1. Tamang pagkain at diyeta.
    2. Tamang ehersisyo. Pakonti-konti sa buong araw.
    3. Pag-relax at bawas stress.
    4. Pag-tulog ng sapat.
    5. Pagkakaroon ng Purpose o layunin sa buhay.

    Lagi po ung almusal namin kanin at lagi my nakasahog ng gulay kc kmi puro senior na km.salamat po.ung tulog lng talaga ung major problem ko d talaga aq nakktulog ng hapon lalo sa gabi minsan uminom aq pampatulog pero pinamataas lng tlaga tulog 5 hrs. lng d man lng aq makatulog 8hrs ung isa gusto ko maranasan..madalas nkhiga lng aq mgdamag at nkpikit lng mata q.

    Thank you very much po for all your organic in takes, health advice, very inspirational po Doc. and Dra.Ong. i downlowds po almost you share ninyo po sa You Tube. I'm 66 years old single, retired and marami pong matutuhan. May comment lang po ako sa Kangkong kc po hinugusan ko ng matagal hiwalay na ulam i cook may putik color ang boiled water. Kaya po dahon ng litsugas nilalagay ko po. Hindi po kami gumagamit ng food seasoning sariwang bayabas, kamyas, sampalok at rock salt. I exercise po every morning pagkagising ko po 15 to 30 minutes at walking. Maraming salamat po and God Bless❤❤❤

    Hello doc liza and willy my favorite. My breakfast is just simple anlene non fat milk pri wheat bread minsan with boiled egg minsan bread lang. Lunch fresh lumpia fish boiled banana etc. Hindi na ako kumakain ng manok. Sa gabi palaging apple bga nag dinner .

    Salamat doc ..48 years old na ako pero marami nagsabi para lang ako 30..kasi mas gulay at isda at prutas ang first foods ko..napakaganda ng programa ninyo lagi ako nanonood dito sa kuwait..

    My daily breakfast 1 steam bread with little cheese and 1 babana or papaya una inum muna me 1class warm water with half lemon juice before I eat

    Our daily breakfastis composed of salad( lettuce w/ cucumber, celery) vinegrette. Fruits like apple,orange, grapes sometimes w/ pineapple. 2 slices of bread. A cup of coffee.

    Wheat bread,white boiled eggs,apple and coconut water for breakfast....then sauteéd vegetables and brown rice for lunch...then fruits and almonds for dinner.

    Good evening poh Doc.Willie & Doc.Liza...
    Watching from kuwait poh,gustong gusto ko po'ng panooron mga video program ninyo sa UA-cam.lahi po namin ang high blood at diabetic...ayon poh sa video nato parang nasasang ayon ako ngayon d2 sa new employer ko na pinaglipatan kasi poh walang free na pagkain dito sa amo ko except white rice and leftfoods ng amo namin kung meron..madamot amo namin dito sa kuwait kaya ang ginawa namin ng mga kasamahan kung mga nanny's para makakain ng mga healthy foods eh we bought by our own money.minsan naman nagnanakaw kami sa fridge ng maluluto kapag wala sila sa bahay.kaya yon kung minsan breakfast ko 2 boiled egg and 1 banana and fresh milk.for lunch naman white rice at fried fish na ninanakaw namin.sa dinner naman cup noodles lang..talagang tiis lang kami dito sa naging amo namin poh Doc.😭😭
