Thanks a lot fir this wonderful compliment!
Well thought out with a lot of options. Another excellent tutorial! Much appreciated and always welcomed. Thank you Felix.
Thank you so much for this wonderful comment!
Top gemacht!!
Man...I'm so glad I waited to do my review of this lol
Super 😅 Thank you my friend!
LG Micha
Sehr gerne 👍
Thanks for your Feedback!
Great video Felix,, some fantastic idea's to think about,,
Thank you,, 👍👍
Thanks for watching!!
Casström sells awesome dangler which has carabiner. I use it with almost all fixed knifes I have
Yes, I know those, they are beautiful!
I'm pleased to see an item with multiple options designed in.
Thank you very much!!
The Molle attached idea is nice pair this with swiss champ Molle pouch put that on any bug out bag. Wow
Thanks for this interesting feedback!
I am on vacation, used the knife while diving. Perfect !
Thanks a lot for this super interesting feedback!
Honestly i never thought of using carbiners for knife carry! And i have carbiners and love them. Cant believe i never thought of that
Give it a try... not all like it
A lot of thought has gone into this. Thank you for all your hard work.
Thanky a lot for your kind words!
Outstanding carry options! Thank you Felix!
Thanks a lot for watching!
Hallo Uwe. Vielen dank für das tolle Kompliment!
Lots of good options, thanks Felix!
Thanks a lot for watching!
Interesting, cool ideas as always
Thank you very much!!
Really interesting carrying options.
Thank you very much!
I absolutely love this knife! The 14c28 has such fine carbides you can get it so sharp just by stropping it!
Absolutly!
Another great video 👍👍👍
Thank you very much!!
Wow, Felix.
Danke
Great carry options Felix, thanks for sharing , God bless !
Thanks a lot for watching!
Thank you ! 😀
Thanks for watching!
Here Felix, thank you. Just an observation. In both ‘dangler’ formats, you could fit the tip of the scabbard into the ruler pocket of your trousers. This would ‘keep it tidy’. Just a thought.
This is a fantastic idea!
Děkuji moc za skvělé rady. ❤👍💪
Thanks a lot for watching!
A couple of interesting Options Felix,
I will surely check his channel out, thanks for sharing

Steve
Thanks a lot Steve!!
Really interesting carrying options. Looks like you had at least some of them in mind while helping design the knife. Really really awesome! :)
And nice to see that you tried the velcro strip^^
Thanks a lot for your kind feedback!
Great video Felix. Thanks for sharing it my friend. Hope you have a great weekend.
JT
I wish you the same ... thank you!
awesome tips my friend
Thanks for watching!!
Great suggestions, Felix! I'm going to have to try out the belt carry loop and velcro strap idea with the Venture Pro. It looks far more comfortable than hanging it straight off the belt.
Yes go for it! Give me a feedback if you want...
DEAR FELIX! SUPER PROFI VIDEÓ,,, 👍✌️😇
Thank you very much!!!!
Awesome presentation! Like the many options! Can't wait for these knives to be available in South Africa, well I hope they'll be avaivable....
Please ask Victorinox direct, how you can get such a knife in South Africa. I have no idea, sorry! But thanks anyway for your comment!
I can order one, and send it to you, but pp is over 100 euro for 1-4 days delivery ..better order one yourself in Spain
Thank you!
Thank you very much Mr. Felix, as always for your excellent reviews and recommendations.
Chao. you tube,
Have a nice week end
Thank you very much!
I can’t believe it but I have a TIP for *you* Felix.
With your favorite carry, you said it’s “more flexible” and it’s 50-50 whether people like it. For those who want that carry, put the last two inches into the slim side pocket to keep it tucked in.🌿
Do you mean the Pocket of the Trouseres? This is a super idea! Thank you!
That’s assuming people are wearing the exact same pants. That’s a pretty big assumption.
Numerous carry options is a good, I can see a number of improvements for future models. The O-ring is a good, however, if it needs replaced is a problem. A belt loop that is able to be remove from your belt without taking your belt off would be one to add. I would like to see a Scandi grind blade model made as well. The slight difference in slicing between the two seems less important than the ease of sharpening and added strength of the edge.👍
Yes you are right... this suggestion sounds interesting!
Disclaimer, I was a soldier in the German Navy and learned a lot there, like using yarn and a needle :D
Replacing the O-Ring is easy, open the seem on the strip, replace the O-ring and sew it back together.
While adding a velcro strip onto the cordura is possible, It probably will not fit through the hole in the sheath. It should be possible to make a metal clip which goes from the top into the hole in the sheath which then is secured on the sheath with some velcro or an O-Ring.
I expect a boat load of third party add ons and DiY modifications for the Venture series in the future.
The flat grind is perfect for what I need. Try cutting sail cloth with a scandi grind :)
👍🏼I like carry options. Very important or no carry. That’s why I first started making my own kydex sheaths for some knives. If the knife fits my body I prefer horizontal front carry.
Good video 👍
Thanks for watching!!
Perfect Knife 😂❣️
Thanks a lot!
My Venture Pro just arrived and the 1st thing I did after unpacking was to watch this video again 😊
Danke Martin!
👋🔥✌️Hello, Felix. Thank's a lot 👍👍👍!
Thanks for watching!
pretty sharp.
Thanks a lot Steve!
Danke mein lieber Freund!

Thanks a lot for watching!
Felix! I'm so excited about this new knife, and I'm so thankful for your videos showing the best advantages of it - this is such a wonderful addition to the Victorinox line! I also love that you had some influence on the design - like the bow-drill fulcrum point on the handle - GENIUS! Now, I really hope you do not mind my slightly off-topic question... recently I've been noticing your clothes - like the pants you are wearing in this video - I really like how they are set up! Would you please tell me what they are, and where I can find some like them? Thank you in advance! 🙂🤘😁
This is a super cheap Trousers from KingCraft i bought for 20 Bucks in Lidl
@@FelixImmler DANKE!! 😃
I hope you feel better soon.😊
Haaa ha haaa what's that 😅😅 ??
@FelixImmler Your voice ..you sound like you have a summer cold in the video. Not so?
gueti idee😊
Vielen Dank!
Felix's knife grows on tree
Like Bananas.... 🤣 🤣
Real
Cool knifes tho
¿Que potencia tiene el soldador? Buen video
I've been using a Caribbeaner to carry an knife for a long time. Just for removal and reattach
Thank you for your interesting comment!!!!
I need to get one for my self and try it to see
Thanks a lot for your comment!
@@FelixImmler thanks Felix
Great video Felix. Completely off topic, what pants are those? The ripstop on the ware points would be a Godsend for me.
This is KingCraft pants which i bougt by Lidl for 20m Bucks or so.
Hallo Felix
Jochen
Schönes Messer mit vielen Möglichkeiten.
Vielen Dank!!
I would try carrying the knife with the carabiner attached to the belt but hanging low enough so that the sheath drops into the lower long tool pocket of your pants. This way the knife hangs low for easy access but does not flop around. I carry my Mora Companion HD this way with the sheath snapped onto a metal stud I attached above the long tool pocket of my Carhartt overalls. I stretched a piece of bicycle inner tube over the sheath so it does not slide out of the pocket and some stretch cord around the handle similar to you for security. Perfect.🇨🇦
Wowww, what a great Tip. Thank you!
I am very impressed by the typical Swiss attention to detail that gives so much versatility to the carrying system. May I recommend that to help you draw the knife without turning your wrist so much that you try gripping the release and knife handle thumbs up instead of thumbs down. Like a “monkey grip”.
Ufffff, that sounds interesting. Yes i want learn that. Please can you explaine me again?
@@FelixImmlerof course! You usually grasp the knife with the blade extending from between your thumb and first finger. When you do this in the scabbard you must turn your wrist a great deal to reach it on your hip. Instead, grasp the knife so the blade extends from your little finger, like a dagger. You will need to change grip for most uses, then change back to reinsert the knife to the scabbard. This is also a very safe way to return the knife to the scabbard because you touch the back edge of the knife to the lip of the scabbard to guide it into the sheath and you don’t need to use you other hand and risk cutting your fingers.
I didn't think I'd ever think about buying another knife however I was wrong , I want to get this knife .
I'm using a Mora , or Buck bushcraft knife with my Swiss Army folders right now but I think tha Vernots knife wood be a better companion for the folders.
Thanks
You make for sure nothing wrong with Mora or Buck. This knife has a fine geometrie but it is a super carver. And this knife have some new features (Spoon carving tool, Pivot point, Hex hohle for Flatdrill...)
Pony tail holder to secure the handle!
I dont understand... can you tell me more?
!!!
You attach an elastic ponytail holder like what your daughter would use to tie back her hair and use the elastic to attach the knife handle to the knife sheath !
I hope they start making the pro model with a sub 4" blade so it would be legal to carry in my state. 3.75" would be perfect.
Where are you from??
It isn't possible to carry even that in the UK.
@@FelixImmler Connecticut, USA
@@LiamWakefield Yeah, I know you guys in the UK lost a lot of freedoms. I think it's ridiculous my state won't allow me to carry a 4"+ blade even though I already have the pistol permit to carry around a loaded gun all day in my pocket. You would think they would trust me with a 4" blade considering they already trust me to carry a loaded pistol.
Dear Felix, I really like the Venture, I would have bought it straight away but I already have a few knives in this size.
Are there any plans for a smaller version, maybe between 7-8 cm?
I don't kow such plans...
Hallo Felix,
Hi Felix,
Once again a super video with lots of ideas to try out!
I really like to carry fixed blades diagonally on the hip, with the grip pointing to my navel. The drawing of the knife, when carried this way, is a fluent motion in a forwards-upwards direction.
As I'm not familiar with Tec-Locks: Is there a way to mount them diagonally to the base-plate?
Grüezie from Germany!
🤣 🤣 🤣
Can you show how to use it to cut tomatoes or cucumbers? That's the main area of application of the part😅 Has something of those 80s teleshopping space knives🤣
The Honeymooners
Chef of the future
Still waiting to be notified when it’s back in stock. I didn’t jump fast enough last time!
Thanks for your support! :-D
I especially love the precise details on how to put the knife into its sheath, a pocket, backpack, or even on a belt loop!
Such wow!
Much strong!
Lots cool!
None of my knives can do that :(
You don't have to watch the video if you feel bored...
@@FelixImmleri subscribed to you and your channel to show my like and support.
This invention is not good
Still waiting for my Venture Pro from KnifeCenter. I did get the accessory pack and the fire steel.
Right now Victorinox is on work to improve the sheath. May be it not so bad if you have to wait a bit..
The fire steel, also comes with the sheath.😊
Will we see any folder SAK next 1/2 years 😅? Have a nice weekend, Felix!
Yes... but in the next weeks i will ride on this topic.
Hoi Felix! Is it possible to carry the knife in a horizontal position on the belt on the back?
I tried this with a taklok. In theory, that should work. It wasn't comfortable for me
Reminds me of that ancient episode of The Honeymooners, Chef Of The Future episode
Yall remember?
"But can it core a apple?"
Thanks for watching the Video!
Soldiers making a mixed use of short utility camp/tactical knife they tipycally mount upside down to alice shoulder strap or at the ankle... click and rattling while extracting the knife Is important. Also securing the knife against unwanted subtraction during hand to hand with multiple aggressors and in no space close quarters is important.
Thanks for your hint! I was a really bad soldier...
@@FelixImmler Swiss army for obvious and not so obvious reasons is mostly made by static entrenched infantry, mostly made of ranks of snipers and marksmen... since William Tell's apple they have a national pride in this specialty and they are either very proud of this and their concealed bunkers.
The knife mounted like that is due to territorial hostility while patrolling or in guard in exposed positions. or also in ambush assault mode.
The main purpose of reverse shoulder fix is to get immediate access to a short silent weapon also to prompt reaction while somebody is trying to grab your main firearm... and also works in prone position...
usually, while fighting, knife has the edge outside also to be retained between teeth e.g. launching a grenade during assault, and it is mostly presented with horizontal blade and wrist down to the opponent so wrist vulnerable venes are protected by fatal cuts and blade can better pass between opponents ribs to hit vital organs.
In frontal hand to hand knife skirmish, hits are mostly down to up because the attack can be reinforced using knee as hammer to stick the blade deeply in opponent body winning his arms resistance and distance...
THX, whats the name of the backpack ?
This is a noname product from China... sorry!
One thing I would have like to see on the adventure knife would have been a ratchet design on the hex adapter that being said I’m sure Swiss army and yourself would have looked at this idea.
Yes, that would have been my dream... but I hope to be able to present a cheap self-made solution soon.
@@FelixImmler by the way I love you channel I look forward to every Friday 😊
I don't think it would be a good idea. Ratchets are not so reliable for a long time use, can't wash them or use in a dirty environment and not so good with high torques.

Thank you!
Could I have a Vic implanzed to my Hand, cause I use this every day?
Haa ha haa thanks for your funny comment!
I have spent alot of money on knifes my venture was the sharpest knife received yet, I cook meals at home with it many if my knives cant be used this way
Thanks for this positive feedback!
Guter Hinweis!
Legal point: in some locations it is allowed to carry such a knife openly, but concealed will get you in big trouble if caught.
Thanks for your hint!
Do you think the Venture knife would be a good for the Boyscouts
Yes... you have to know, that it's not really a survival knife. The tip is made for fine carving, it's not a lever tool
@@FelixImmler well the scouts Eagle Scouts that I am talking about.
Boys are older ones with more experience with knives
When will they be available ?
where are you from. USA and Europa this knife should be avalable...
Can you carry it horizontally?
With the Teclock ...yes.. that should work.
Victorinox Venture Pro Horizontal and Scout Carry Knives PLZ SHER IDIAS
Hallo Felix
Gruss Stephan
Hallo Stephan.
Gruss Stephan
