I am sure I am in the minority but I love it when I hear you or Cody explaining the why and the how. You are all a wealth of knowledge and we are the benefactors of that.
I might be in the minority as well, but I see this channel as the 'body shop' I appreciate their 4x4 builds, but there's plenty of other channels for that content
Your videos of antics and adventures are good. BUT it was nice to see you back in the shop doing technical work and doing it to your high level of standards. I don't know how someone would think Hillbilly is being pushed to the side. I see you giving him more responsibility and him growing in confidence and knowledge. You appear to have very high standards in your profession and you are mentoring him. Thank you
I’m not a child, I like your whole crew, I imagine trying to make UA-cam videos and run a full time shop takes all kinds of after hours work. Nice video gentlemen.
For the past 5 years the machine shop I work for has made all of swag offroad parts. I personally have been responsible for all of there fingerbrake line of products. Really cool to see them on this channel.
Great video Robby is lucky to have Hillbilly he'll do anything & learn something new if need be, Cody is a very skilled bodyman I like when he explains a project & polightly corrected Hillbilly with the "hingpiller that's good teaching, great video thanks for sharing ❤️😉👍
New stuff is always fun ...the fact you did your work first shows your dedication to your clients. Fun stuff and videos must always come second. I appreciate your work ethic (and your fun videos as well)!
Mr. Layton with his crew trained for Robby perfection, he can fix anything from a broken heart to the crack of dawn, even weld a Mountain Dew can under water.
This could have easily gone wrong. Robby has skills. Also, it was interesting to see how Hillbilly and Cody got the pickup done correctly. I have successfully done a similar job wrong before on my truck, and it showed.
Robby and crew keep making it happen as always. The content is always educational and informative to me if I ever attempt to assist anyone repair a damaged vehicle or metal working. The tips y'all provide, like 23rd Garage channel, are awesome👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾💯💯💯
15:10 Robbie doing the work of three... that's what a good business owner does. Keeps customers coming back. Too bad there's a LOT of grinding going on without eye protection. That can lead to more personnel 'outages'. Safety practices are best led by example...and holding employees accountable. Nobody wants a 'one-eyed body man'. They have no depth perception!
Many U-tubers don't use eye pro it's drives many of us nuts. I've experienced quite a few incidents, always having glasses and or safety glasses/ face shield on has saved my eyes.
Great video guys!! You are certainly a bunch of busy little bees!!! Love watching you guys work and seeing all the craftsmanship you put into your jobs!! NICE!!
You guys do great work.we picked up our daughters car from our local body shop and it was cover in bird poop I wish they cared about their customers as much as you do.
Come on Robby I can't believe that Milwalke doesn't make a belt grinder but as a body shop, you should have one anyway. Robby you know we always love to watch you weld! Come on Steve you and Hillbilly should be working on the new press and pipe bender. Hillbilly making big muscles that is why you are so much country stronger than him. Hillbilly remember the children watching wear your eye protection they are too valuable. Great job guys love it.
Are you deaf? Robbie said that there's 3 guys in the body shop gone this week. We watched body work on the video because the paying work has to be done.
Shortstaffed and lots of irons in the fire! Talk about multitasking, I don't know how you keep things straight! I can hardly wait until you get back on the laymo, I'm really looking forward to that! Til next time, see you then. 😊
I dought hillbilly is going anywhere. As businesses grow they need good employees and he's definitely not a bad employee. Just because Robby is bringing someone else into the videos doesn't mean alot is changin.he just probably wants to show more of his crew off. Love the video and will wait for the next
So the B pillar top section is no longer attached to the lower section? How does that go for the upper seat belt mounting in the event of an accident??
Grinding with glasses once I felt something in my eye. Thought it would get better and so didn't worry about it. It was minor but after the 3rd day it still bothered me on and off. Thought I had scratched it rubbing it. Ended up going to the doctor to be sure. Well he was not happy. Being hot it had burned into my eye and so did not come out. After 3 days it also started to rust. So use eye protection but even then if you feel something go get the dye treatment and checked properly.
got the lasor level , but was the jeep level on the floor . tyre presure up down swing it all around , was the floor lever to the jeep being level for the lasor .
Just remember Robbie use the tools that you spent good money for (like your level) to do the job except the job on the Jeep where you had to be unlevel!
How does this not weaken the B-pillars? The B-pillar started as a double skinned box section that gave good bending resistance. Now it just rests there with only a pin to stop it sliding about and gives no bending resistance!
Sometimes its the even simpler jobs than cutting the B-Pillars that can be even more Terrifying. Imagine the simple task of installing a relatively inexpensive CB antenna dead square in the middle of the roof of a new off the showroom floor top end custom Maserati brought in by a Lawyer to a very small shop in 1978. No Internet or UA-cam Videos to find out how to remove the headliner or even know if it was possible to install the antenna in the required location. I would have refused the job as the risk was greater than the cap on the small shops liability policy. Boss did the work himself, ended up in court and lost everything paying the damages. Something about violating the structural integrity of the roof due to where he drilled the hole. A seemingly minor mishap can become an extinction level event for a small shop. Best!
Awesome video as always watching you guys build stuff, but have to say why do you guys never wear safety glasses. I have had metal in my eye and can say it’s not fun getting it removed. Thank as sharing

Great to see Hillbilly improving and learning new skills 👍🏻👍🏻
I love the way hillbilly is getting better and better!

Good to see Hillbilly learning from an expert

I love watching this type of body repair videos.
New stuff is always fun ...the fact you did your work first shows your dedication to your clients. Fun stuff and videos must always come second. I appreciate your work ethic (and your fun videos as well)!
The interaction between you and Hillbilly is a large part of your attraction
Mr. Layton with his crew trained for Robby perfection, he can fix anything from a broken heart to the crack of dawn, even weld a Mountain Dew can under water.
Love it when Steve videos, please keep him on the camera!!!! Great job steve!
Hillbilly please use safety glasses when grinding man! We want you safe and sound bro! The channel needs you.
Usin the good ol' safety squint I see
@@shakes5847 except he wasn't even doing that much. He's was straight up like 👀 hmmmmmmm
Amen!!
Robby I like the divide and conquer method having Hillbilly working on other projects so u guys don't get behind schedule is smart.
glad to be back in the shop the team seam to be great together Cody is a great wealth of knowledge and Stability good to see hillbilly learning more
15 mins of bobby and crew is never enough....just saynnnnn🙃😎🙃👨🌾🚜👨🌾
This could have easily gone wrong. Robby has skills.

Sometimes that's just how the workload happens, have a blessed week amen.

A wise man once (more than once, actually) said: "Safety rules are written in blood."
Hillbilly, wear your safety glasses.
Many U-tubers don't use eye pro it's drives many of us nuts. I've experienced quite a few incidents, always having glasses and or safety glasses/ face shield on has saved my eyes.
Want to add another comment that I really enjoy Mr. William from the Hills' work.
Great video guys!! You are certainly a bunch of busy little bees!!! Love watching you guys work and seeing all the craftsmanship you put into your jobs!! NICE!!
Yeppers, I must say that you guys know what you're doing. There's no way alot of us could do what you do. Thanks 👍 for sharing.
Thanks for the video guys! You're doing great.
Lots going on at the LAB shop. You guys are making it happen.
It is like my motto says: Pay work comes before Playwork.
Only 6 months of waiting huh! I got to give you a hard time LOL! Thanks guys for sharing! Always cool seeing the repair videos!
NO REST FOR THE WEARY ! Thanks for sharing !
I’ve actually visited the SWAG shop in Portland, I purchased the portable bandsaw platform, love it. Quality products from SWAG!
Nice job Robby and Crew
Great work as always!! Keep it up and we’ll see you in the next video 👍👍
You guys do great work.we picked up our daughters car from our local body shop and it was cover in bird poop I wish they cared about their customers as much as you do.
King of free tools
Props to Robby's skills!
Good job pulling together a nice video with an abundance of variety.
With the BOSS out; people will complain about the minute changes though.🤷♂️
What is the purpose of cutting the B pillars?
Cool to see Cody
We need more Hillbilly!
Hola mi amigo. I appreciate you and the boss for being special people. Your children are beautiful❤
Wish I had friends at Harbor Frieght lol I could get some project done finally
Good evening from Japan!
Good morning from Hinton Alberta Canada!!!!
I'm glad that jeep is getting used, it's gonna look great with the top off in the summer.
Hillbilly, you are awesome man, but please wear your safety glasses when grinding
Thanks for the video Robby. 💯

Great job on the jeep....she's lookin great !!
why are you cutting the the B pillers off, and then put on a connecting plate to put them back on again?
Shortstaffed and lots of irons in the fire! Talk about multitasking, I don't know how you keep things straight! I can hardly wait until you get back on the laymo, I'm really looking forward to that! Til next time, see you then. 😊
would like to see Cody in more of your content!
Hello from Corey in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada
Thanks for sharing 😀👍
Swagg off-road makes some cool stuff that works great!
Another Great Video 👍 Great content, keep up the great work!
I hate having to calibrate the welder every time you switch the head but it’s a nice machine. Use it seems like daily at work.
Funny watching Hillbilly critiquing Robbies welding.😂
Great job guys 😊
Safety glasses boys!
I dought hillbilly is going anywhere. As businesses grow they need good employees and he's definitely not a bad employee. Just because Robby is bringing someone else into the videos doesn't mean alot is changin.he just probably wants to show more of his crew off. Love the video and will wait for the next
This really is a nice "bee pillar job kid"! 😁🤟
If it wasn’t for Hillbilly I wouldn’t watch this channel. You other guys are cool but Hillbilly makes it what it is.
Lasers are cool, just gotta make sure the subject being worked on is level. I learned myself real fast on a slight bathroom fuq-up🤣
great job again.
AWESOME!
Very nice job guys
Interesting stuff as usual.
Bro, you're a working business and a crew, good video 🗿👽🗿
GREAT JOB
So the B pillar top section is no longer attached to the lower section? How does that go for the upper seat belt mounting in the event of an accident??
Nice work.
Great project guys

You spelled laser wrong.. twice. 🎉
You missed something. He used the Laser as a straight edge, not a level.
This looks like a purely cosmetic mod (and a ton of work) that no one needs.
You guys on this video one min after it drops like you're running a Drag Tree. Lol i don't even get notified till 5mins max after a video drops.
Same. I’ve been on UA-cam when it drops and still don’t get the notification for five minutes or so.
@ordinarypete They're running youtube Cheat Codes or something lol
When you blow through on a weld stop count to 20 then carry on don't keep at it as you'll only be chasing your tail and making a TRD show
Just remember Robbie use the tools that you spent good money for (like your level) to do the job except the job on the Jeep where you had to be unlevel!
What is the purpose of the pieces you installed in the B pillar. Please explain for us that don’t know why you installed them
And that's the rub to be in the boss you're the fill in for everybody else
Not so terrifying that he's cutting the piller. Terrifying that jeeps cost $50k now lol
How does this not weaken the B-pillars?
The B-pillar started as a double skinned box section that gave good bending resistance. Now it just rests there with only a pin to stop it sliding about and gives no bending resistance!
Rollse lggee
It would be nice if Hill Billy would wear safety squints when grinding.
O Layton rules
Colton looks like Jerry Cantrell from the rock group Alice In Chains!! Rock on dude!!
No boss lady on Mondays. Oh well I am out of here until she comes back. LOL
You really need a TIG welder.
Hurry hurry , and get it done . Hurry !
Awesome 👏
AWWWWRRRRRSOME !
less Robby more Hillbilly!
Hillbilly safety glasses man !
Great 👍 stuff 👍 🇺🇸
Hillbilly don’t forget your safety glasses, you only get one set of eyes 😅
Robby has to be a multi millionaire cause that man spends more money then ill ever see 😅😢

Best!
Awesome video as always watching you guys build stuff, but have to say why do you guys never wear safety glasses. I have had metal in my eye and can say it’s not fun getting it removed. Thank as sharing
