You should! Making flashcards is a great way to test yourself on this stuff. I don't know if you're interested at all but our state exam prep package comes with digital flashcards of all the vocab you'd expect to see on the exam and it also has practice exams to drill you on the types of questions you'll see too. People will always be buying or selling property. The market may shift between buyers and sellers driving it, so you will have to know how to be flexible and meet the needs of people who need it. It's always a good time to become a real estate agent.
