I passed my Broker's exam this week! Thanks for these videos. It is very hard. The questions were confusing, long-winded. Remember to unwind them so you can define what the question actually is. I was surprised that there were many questions on details about property management.. heads up Learn that before you take this test. Another tip, learn what Common Law roots from. Wow, random left field unrelated question on the test. Thanks again for your help with these videos!! Best of luck all.

The last term I did not come across in any other of my study materials. Getting what I feel was one of the most important terms (TRID) to learn was great! You have excellent energy man! Thank you.
A connection to the term "Holdover Tenant" would be "Estate at sufferance" - meaning the tenant stays too long; or the landlord is “suffering.” Also, TRID enforces a 3 day "cooling off" period before the final CD is issued at the settlement. Great content! I am studying for my Michigan exam.

@@USRealtyTrainingSORRY you are wrong this time. I wasn’t in good hands. The instructor was terrible, arrogant and talked to us like high school student . I left after 15 mins. I ENROLLED in this program because I took the free first class with Ho, the instructor, and he was so nice and encouraging and gave so many good info about real estate. I finished the program and got my certificate within 2-3 months ALL WAS SO POSITIVE until this Mac Nomura. If this guy was the instructor from the beginning I would have went someone else to study real estate! This won’t deter me from passing my exam but I’m not spending the weekend with this instructor! I love Rico’s videos and appreciate everything. Mac teaching style was appalling and terrible. Not asking for a passive instructor, been to coaching seminars in the past to know each individual teaching style, but this guy Mac is in the extreme. You would think as a mature instructor, you first take it easy to get to know the students and give a brief intro of expectations but he starts off with a lecture like “ I’ve had ego arrogant students in the past”? Ok….that’s already a defensive mode mentality on his part. Terrible. We are all adults and paid for a crash course in real estate not a “ life” crash course!

There's other states that allow it too! Only these states made it illegal:
Alaska
Florida
Wyoming
Colorado
Maryland
Kansas
