I've been taking it for over 10 years now and have been using it daily for the past 5-6 years. I've settled into a routine of consuming about 2kg per month. I don't really measure the dosage either. Basically, I take a heaping tablespoon and drink it with warm tap water. Naturally, I would experience withdrawal symptoms if I stopped. I don't drink alcohol or use other drugs.
Regarding hair loss, I've read about it but haven't experienced any negative effects myself, being in my mid-30s now. It actually fits quite well into my daily life. I'm quite successful in my career, and paying over 5k € per year for it is not an issue for me. But yes, I am slowly starting to consider how I can reduce or completely stop using it. I don't even know what it feels like to be without it.
I recently added up everything I've purchased since 2015. It's over 27k Euros. I can hardly believe it.
How did you manage to quit? I'm currently looking for legal alternatives.

I got my dose down to 2.4 grams 7 hours apart three times a day then was able to walk away pretty easily. get some skills to weigh it out. I needed to measure it out precisely in order to cut my dose precisely otherwise I know that I would have been doing the same thing over and over again. I'm 3 days now off it and have gotten off this miserable hump. There was light at the end of the tunnel, but now I am walking in that light. I never want to go back to that darkness again. Go through it to the other side, it is right there, it is worth it!

Praise Jesus and thank you Dr. Chris Park.
God has blessed me with introspection and wisdom to the degree that I am able to sit across the table and stare my problem/addiction in the eye.
I'm no judge, but this feels like a solid first step.
    I love everything about me.
    but this has to stop.
    That's on me.
I've had my "last one" so many times that I chose early, not to count.
In every area elsewhere in my life I maintain an admittedly strenuous rigid nature in health, fitness, nutrition etc..
But this one thing, that's my own little secret even. Makes me feel like a poser and undeserving of the person I see reflected back through the glass.
It's time to pull this demon out through the mirror.
I'll have my life back now, thank you.

Dr. Park thank you so much. First off I have nothing bad to say about people who use kratom that saved their life this isn’t a target at them it’s just my experience. I was an addict with alcohol and I was really healthy and fit, however someone introduced me to feel free kratom kava and it has ruined my life. I have been suicidal, they took me into a 51/50 and I shaved my head and have been into 4 different rehab centers. And every time I get out I get back into Kratom. I stopped taking the drink for the first time but I switched to a seltzer Kratom drink called new brew and I’m catching myself doing the same thing as before. I’m ready to get sober and leave this addiction behind for good and I’m glad I rubbed into your video. I’m going to try this with all my heart thank you.

I haven’t been able to get any answers so hopefully you can shed some light on this for me. When switching from methadone to Kratom and then tapering the kratom before stopping will I have a more difficult withdrawal experience due to the previous opioid use? Also I’ve read the withdrawal from methadone lasts 1-3 months so if I stop the kratom before (on week 3 off mdone and on kratom) will I most likely experience the withdrawal symptoms from both methadone and kratom? Just curious if the heavy symptoms I feel when I don’t take kratom for 6-8 hours is the methadone still making its way out of my body. Thankyou for your videos goodluck everyone and godbless!

DL phenylalanine. If you taper kratom down to 2 teaspoons per day, it will go easy with DL phenylalanine. I hope for you, it was and still is miracle for me. I found it randomly on UA-cam. He talks about bad things happening in life(Red lights), and turning them into (Greenlights)..or things he thought were red lights, were actually green. He compiled it from 37 years of journaling. I have an amazing doctor. She is a really good woman. She's also a pediatrician and general practice. But she's been working with addicts and their families for years and has helped many people. I think a lot of people are made to feel bad about mat. And although I understand people's concerns, I think that there are a lot of serious misconceptions out there. I am coming off subs too. But, when I watch the videos by other people, some of them say things that are just not true with regard to WHY it is people take medication for addiction in the first place, like, that part is missing. And I heard kratom helps after a few days, anyway. Don't take if you will get on it longer than the withdrawal process or if you think you might. I've never tried that method so I can't say anything. Thanks for the info.
