You can tell his voice is still kind of messed up. Sometimes it's really deep and strong like here and other times it's super high and weak like when he was on the Andy show. Don't get me wrong he's one of my favorite singers ever but he should seriously consider getting some type of vocal lessons some time to get it rock solid 24/7 and prevent any further damage
