you can still invest while having boyfriends/rship. The problem is people make the marriage or the perfect partner the ultimate goal, which shouldn`t. I don`t put all my energy on a rship. If at all, maybe 20% only. both me and my partner understand that we have separate lives to live and we respect that. So we get to focus on our lives while we explore our sexual desires and you know, learn all about dating, preferences etc. Because I believe this is the time to do this as well.

It is a 100% Kenyan like the way you allow the guests to express themselves in a language that they are comfortable with it makes it very easy for viewers to understand because the guest is not struggling to talk. Great topic Tamima! it is the hope of every parent that their child will abstain from having sex, but ukweli wa mambo ni it does not happen that way for the teens; Therefore, lets not bury our heads in the sand.... the common theme I heard from the young people was they did not get this information from their parents/it was never discussed. Education is power!! and it empowers anybody to make an informed decision...
I went to a Catholic school and I'm Catholic and we were given education in the school on sexual matters and what to do if unfortunately you are pregnant....I thank the school and the speakers for the valid information which made me make informed decisions throughout the rest of my life. Lets be Proactive Versus Reactive...
Where is sex education in kenya. It should be mandatory teaching . So sad watching these young people not knowing importance of contraceptives. Its not only for family planning but other women health issues. Also stress importance on having pap smear if you are sexually active to prevent cervical cancer.

Here in S.Korea,you cant access emergency pill over the counter,u have to have a doctor's prescription first, then buy the pill at the chemist

This burden of contraceptives on women would end when women involve the men.Sex aint air and we can live without it, so abstain for you who are not married,

When you use contraceptive and you are not married is very risk sana cox automatically you will know you have a governor so you can sleep with anyone and you don't care coz obvious you have a governor, for me I can't advocate for it if you are single but for married one go on

At tamima what about the myth of contraceptive time doubling?I used the 3month injection but it took 6 month for me to get pregnant,and now am using the implant of 5 yrs,my question is will it also double to 5more yes to b pregnant?
Young lady ,Your fertility is not a disease to keep under medication all your young life,I wish you can take your health more seriously and explore Natural family planning,has no side effects yet most effective,also brings your (husband )to the forefront and you are able to do tis together,yor relationship improves(communication)You guys have to talk .Basically as a woman you are only fertile for about a max of 6 days,why would you take medicine for that???
