Sir i don't have any arrow on my plate my doctor told me to turn it once in a week so can I turn it from any side cos there is no arrow in it

U can go to dental surgical shop n buy urself 7mm screw u will get it with that then u can use that key(just in 100rs)

I have in of these and I haven’t gotten the key yet , but when I do turn it is will it make it feel really loose in my mouth or will it be tighter?

Hi, I'm wearing a removable expander on my upper jaw for 7 weeks now, it's simmilar to this one, but with wires in between the teeth. I turn it once a week and it's working just fine. I still have 4 weeks to go before getting braces on, but it's really making a difference by expanding my upper jaw.

i know this is late, but you have to put the key in the other hole then turn it the other way (towards the back).

press on in it to the inside while turning the oppoiste way so it can close to the inside .
it need pressure while u turn so the screw can go back to its rail . thats all ..

You should put the key in the other hole and do the whole thing reverse

@@rihannarobyn280 i turned my manible expander to see how much it extends but now when even i go in another direction to keep it together it does not move back anymore. Is this normal?
I tried so many times and slightly push sides together but no luck. I paid 200€ for it now i am afraid i damaged it
