DIY Turban Headband - fabric scrap project.

This project requires very little fabric and some elastic. It makes a nice little gift for a friend.
MATERIALS:
2 pieces of fabric : 8 1/2" x 16 1/4" (21.5 cm x 41 cm)
1 piece of fabric: 12 1/2" x 2 1/2" (32 cm x 6.5 cm)
1 piece of elastic 5 1/2" (14 cm) long and at least 3/4" (2 cm) wide.
