I'm definitely doing this, though I'm probably going to do black fabric on one side and red and black plaid on the other. It only gets cold sometimes here in Southern California, so this is probably gonna be my number one item to wear this winter

And thank you for the tip on how to stitch the border--i wasn't sure how to border fleece but the crochet stitching makes total sense. Now i have some ideas for what to do with some of my snuggly fleece!

And I have to say, the very instant I saw just the preview image for this, I immediately thought "Oh wow, that looks EXACTLY like the sort of thing one of my characters would wear!" Not to be mean, but does anyone else remember when Naomi Campbell got arrested for throwing the cel phone at her housekeeper because she was furious about her favorite jeans (can't recall exactly why she had the meltdown though) - and she wore the poncho to hide the handcuffs? I don't know why but crocheting the edge triggered that flashback. and, Yes that really happened. People need to start wearing Poncho's again. Great video, this.

I know it says it's a "no sew", but, instead of crocheting the edge, you could do a blanket stitch using embroidery thread. It would achieve a similar finish.🤷♀️

I know it says it's a "no sew", but, instead of crocheting the edge, you could do a blanket stitch using embroidery thread. It would achieve a similar finish.🤷♀️

I have cheated and done the edging on the sewing machine, used a contracting thread and the biggest stich on the machine .

This is for size 38-40. You can only change the distance of shoulder measurements. Use half of it. Hope I can clear. Loves😍😍
