Thank you SO much for such an informative video! As a 74 yr. woman, I'm still in the throws of the post menopause state that has wreaked havoc. I didn't know about bioidentical hormones until way too late and refused to take the others. So now I'm living in this stranger's body and have spent way more money than I have to find answers from the medical community. I ran across "the velvet bean" last week and on the first day felt more like myself than I have in years! Now I'm just looking to find what sort of balance for which to strive if I'm taking this magic pill.

I literally had textbook bipolar disorder but my mind and body were so diluted I had no clue till Dr. Bryan, Dr. Nelson Vetanze nephew, ridded me of that disorder.. I can't be any more grateful to him and God.
Im sure you hear this alot, but not enough, you guys are not only reducing pain, FIXING mentally disorders, FIXING/HELPING organ function, etc.
    YOU'RE SAVING/RESTORING LIVES.
Thank you, you many not have been the one to do so for me, but I know you have touched many people in your life and continue to help shed light on the reality of these issue's rather then masking them like the greedy pharmaceutical companies that just want your money.. you care about results before you consider the rewards.. all love man keep it up.

@@camim2612 I found an awesome chiropractor that was willing and able (had the correct equipment) to adjust me the way I needed, the 2 things that helped me the most were:
1.) A table he had at a 45⁰ angle and then it hinged downward at the hips to stretch my back out so he could set the vertibre that I had damaged after a 20ft fall onto the corner of a rock slab.
That was my main pain spot, but honestly I've tracked my back pain back to my elementary school days.to not correcting the issue early just caused a chain reaction in my body screwing up my neck, lower back, hips, etc.
2.) Y-strap adjustment, after correcting all the side to side vertibral subluxations he used the y strap to decompress everything and it was the icing on the cake for me, I felt so reconnected with my body it was honestly unbelievable for the first hour or so.
Also, if any trauma has occurred mentally, there are natural ways to heal that I've found, if interested on that side just lmk!
Basically, I think the best approach to tackling disorders in general is finding out what the worst pain in your life is physically mentally or spiritually and fixing it.

hello! i love your videos. i have a question for you Dr Jinaan, - i have had terrible sleep for years (possible high FSH issue - i'm 35, f - getting it checked out this week) and developed facial ticks at night when sleeping these last 2 months, i heard murcuna helped with these twiches ( depsia ?) and it cured them! i've been taking 350mg for about a month every night before bed but my insomnia is much worse - do you think taking murcuna depleted my serotonin levels? - for the last 3 nights i tried 25mg of 5htp and it fixed my insomnia! but i became hypomanic for 2 days and on the 3rd day i noticed i was very grumpy - possible sign og low dopamine? i've been thinking about this serotonin/dopamine teeto-totter you speak of and wondering what your advive is - to stop the 5htp and simply try st johns wort or L-typtophan instead of the 5-htp? Cheers, hope doing well

I would like to avoid the depletion of Dopamine while trying to increase Seratonin and get the Balance that you have been explaining. I understand, from your previous video on 5-HTP and L-Tyrocine, that it is not good for my Thyroid situation, so I am assuming this may be a good option to try. Mucuna has a high L-dopa content, which can raise dopamine levels in the brain and body. Increasing dopamine levels or using L-dopa could be dangerous in some people, Glaucoma (narrow-angle glaucoma), as L-dopa can increase eye blood pressure
      Heart arrhythmias
Chronic nerve pain (neuropathy), as L-dopa may worsen it
Stomach ulcers (now or in the past)

In Summary: It is hard to get so, people won't abuse it. See the movie: 'Awakenings'
Carbidopa: reduces the side effects caused by dopamine on the periphery, as well as increasing the concentration of L-DOPA and dopamine in the brain. Carbidopa is most commonly used as a method to inhibit the activity of dopamine decarboxylase. This is an enzyme that breaks down L-Dopa in the periphery and converts it to dopamine. Carbidopa prevents levodopa from being converted into dopamine prematurely in the bloodstream, allowing more of it to get to the brain.

@@thejdocrealminute4648 Thank you, I will watch ''Áwakenings''. When you say take 250 - 500 mg a day of Mucuna pruriens, are you meaning the bean powder Zandopa? I take 300mg/day of the 98% extract. Is that defeating the object of taking a natural supplement to avoid addiction? I also have to take 25/100 Carbidopa/Levodopa (2-3 x a day) for the carbidopa.

It seems to boost my motivation and i feel stronger during and after my workouts. In the evening i take Hops for relaxation. It's nice. I want to try kava kava, relora, phenylalanine, dopa Mucuna, and many others just to see if they will have any positive effect on me.

I’ve watched a lot of videos on dopamine and norepinephrine related content due to the fact that I have ADHD. Is there a supplement or method for working on dopamine down regulation or is abstinence the only way?
