@@camim2612 I found an awesome chiropractor that was willing and able (had the correct equipment) to adjust me the way I needed, the 2 things that helped me the most were: 1.) A table he had at a 45⁰ angle and then it hinged downward at the hips to stretch my back out so he could set the vertibre that I had damaged after a 20ft fall onto the corner of a rock slab. That was my main pain spot, but honestly I've tracked my back pain back to my elementary school days.to not correcting the issue early just caused a chain reaction in my body screwing up my neck, lower back, hips, etc. 2.) Y-strap adjustment, after correcting all the side to side vertibral subluxations he used the y strap to decompress everything and it was the icing on the cake for me, I felt so reconnected with my body it was honestly unbelievable for the first hour or so. Also, if any trauma has occurred mentally, there are natural ways to heal that I've found, if interested on that side just lmk! Basically, I think the best approach to tackling disorders in general is finding out what the worst pain in your life is physically mentally or spiritually and fixing it.

hello! i love your videos. i have a question for you Dr Jinaan, - i have had terrible sleep for years (possible high FSH issue - i'm 35, f - getting it checked out this week) and developed facial ticks at night when sleeping these last 2 months, i heard murcuna helped with these twiches ( depsia ?) and it cured them! i've been taking 350mg for about a month every night before bed but my insomnia is much worse - do you think taking murcuna depleted my serotonin levels? - for the last 3 nights i tried 25mg of 5htp and it fixed my insomnia! but i became hypomanic for 2 days and on the 3rd day i noticed i was very grumpy - possible sign og low dopamine? i've been thinking about this serotonin/dopamine teeto-totter you speak of and wondering what your advive is - to stop the 5htp and simply try st johns wort or L-typtophan instead of the 5-htp? You can take 5 HTP ... I recommend only taking 5 HTP for short term. 90 days. Remember, you do not want to depend on taking this ---rather than correcting your gut so you don't have to.

I had serious problems with Tyrosine. I started shaking/trembling. That was scary. I also developed a tumor inside my mouth. My body felt very num in the mourning. The side effects stopped as soon as i stopped taking l-tyrosine.

Thank you for telling me to take mucuna pruriens only 3-4 times a week! I don't want to become dependent and addicted, but I have a movement disorder. I need to take carbidopa with it to get it behind the BBB. Why is carbidopa so impossible to obtain on its own? I'm really appreciating your presentations.

Is that defeating the object of taking a natural supplement to avoid addiction? I also have to take 25/100 Carbidopa/Levodopa (2-3 x a day) for the carbidopa.

I had serious problems with Tyrosine. I started shaking/trembling. That was scary. I also developed a tumor inside my mouth. My body felt very num in the mourning. The side effects stopped as soon as i stopped taking l-tyrosine.

@@ahmedelrayes7691 i take many supplements for other reasons. Panax ginseng, i recently started maca with good results so far. It seems to boost my motivation and i feel stronger during and after my workouts. In the evening i take Hops for relaxation. It's nice. I want to try kava kava, relora, phenylalanine, dopa Mucuna, and many others just to see if they will have any positive effect on me.
