i'm cooking ribs very soon! I actually prefer it with fluffy wild rice pilaf instead of Jasmine rice. Since ribs are time consuming to prepare & cook, I normally make big batch, cut into small pieces after it's cook, and freeze it for later, it taste great.

FYI that was a ghost chilli... Buddy's training for chilli has started when he had breast milk, he could have it only through a slice of chilli.
koschwarz that looked more like a cayenne pepper than a ghost pepper. Ghost peppers tend to be a bit more round shaped
