Great hub for every Mac Mini M1. I hope the size is compatible with the new Mac Mini models that we expect this autumn.

What about the bluetooth issues and the disconnection of the ssd when the M1 mini goes to sleep?

I have the previous model under my 2019 Intel Mac mini. When I bought a M1 mini earlier this year I bought a competitor's base so I could add an SSD. Glad to see you added this option.
I prefer the build and finish of all my Satechi gear. Can I plug this into the mini's USB A port so I can keep my Thunderbolt ports free? Would it work with an adapter? Is the new cable long enough? Can I unplug the cable from the base?

understand why sata ssd, but why then use the sata standard connector, as we have more sata hdd lying around then the mini sata ones.

When do we get new version of this hub. Non-NVMe SSDs are now so hard to get and a bit slow too. No to mention old and slow csrd reader and usb ports.

Hey guys, Hope Satechi reads this, Any chance for a new version of the Mac min hub with nvme m.2? It's a great idea and I would buy one right now if it had the necessary speed. It needs to be upgraded to support NVME SSD, USB 3.2 speeds / thunderbolt 3/4 if you made one with better specs like support for thunderbolt, and at higher speeds, thunderbolt ports, sdcard reader with UHS-ii speeds and CFexpress Type B Card it would be great. they would sell like crazy!!! I don't care to much about the price would pay more for it. just please make it!!! thanks!!

I bought this but you know what? I strongly believe the unit is impeding the internet signal from my router to the Mini. As soon as I plug it in to the USB C the internet speed drops. Are you aware of this issue?
