At the end of the installation,
the qualified technician must
provide the total replacement
of the water contained in the
boiler for at least three times
before using effectively the
machine.
How did you do it?

Honestly I don't think the HK Distributor did it. I have already emailed VA Asia about it.
I put the steam on for 1 min then drain the water tank by using hot water.
Refilled, heat up, drain by hot water again x2
Whether that is correct or not I do not know.
There is a way to drain boiler apparently by pressing all 3 buttons but I didn't know that when I got it.

@@BosHK yes empty boiler EB it is so strange to sell a machine like that without explaining, like every machine should come with a technician for installation
