Best prog /metal songwriter imo . He understands what works and doesn't overdo the prog , the pop elements melodically is what makes this so catchy . Love it

ive listened to this probably 30+ times now, and I'm still finding something new, a new motif, background embellishment, or random "Aaron Casually Aaroning like only Aaron does". This is one of my favorite Interval tracks to date. (D.O.S.E. is gonna be hard to top)

I would still argue that The Shape of Colour sound better just because of the fullness of the bass and the way it’s mixed so high but this is an extremely good bass tone and sits incredibly in the mix

I discovered Intervals back in 2016 with The Shape of Colour. It was honestly the type of music I had been looking for my entire life. I'm so glad to have artists like this.
Totally agree. The Shape of Colour got me into not only Intervals, but instrumental prog music as a whole. It opened my mind up to that style of music. Still one of my favorite albums.

Holy shit. Holy shit. Holy shit. I can't stop listening to this it's so well made and I've had it on loop for hours and hours on end.
in my opinion, you cant mention the top instrumental prog bands like Animals as Leaders, Polyphia, Plini without mentioning Intervals. the whole band is wildly talented. Aarons phrasing, Jacob keeping up on the bass and accenting the guitars phrases, Nathans explosive and groovy ass drums. Band is an all around staple of prog metal. SO hyped they came out with new music! Cant wait to hear more, not a single song has disappointed!

The music from Intervals helped me to overcome depression through the pandemic, as my studio was just getting off the ground and I was also figuring out how to be a dad and sober husband.
Then, in a weirdly small world, just the other day I was randomly selected as the voice actor who announced the upcoming show with TesseracT and Alluvial- which also happens to be happening on my birthday!

Intervals opened their Chicago set last night with this song. I hadn’t heard it before then. Having my first listen be a live play through was such a treat. Couldn’t help but have a huge smile on my face the whole time. Intervals just keeps raising the bar.
