2 reasons why the movie was a hit. 1, it was such a romantic movie and 2, because of its soundtrack.
And 3 because it was based on a true story. Maybe someone fell in love on the boat trying to find new hope in America

Movies no longer produce music this magical, captivating, and original. Thank you James Horner and James Cameron. Without that collaboration, these tunes would have never found life in our souls.

Last week, I rewatched Titanic in theaters for its 25th anniversary release. Because of movies like that, the theater will never die.
Been watching the film since I was 7 back in 1997 its grown up with me my all time favourite film

People forget that the human voice is an instrument. Listen to how beautiful that voice is. I love this demonstration of superb musicianship.
I’m absolutely blown away with “her” voice. I don’t know who she is but she put on the vocal performance that did justice for this song in all its live glory. I’ve went back to 02:45 over and over

Whenever I hear the soundtrack , it all reminded me of all the emotions I had on the movie. The great connection of the song to the movie is a timeless masterpiece indeed .
That crescendo at the end… gets me every time! So huge, so powerful… just stunning!

One person in the comments asked how the musicians hold back tears and emotions when people listening to it can't. I think it's because the emotions are flowing through the instruments that they are playing and all the energy just enters us and we have no where to let it go hence the tears.💕

The best song ever to touch a life within seconds. No matter how many times I listen to this, my heart melted just within seconds. I can imagine the love story of Jack and Rose. My gf passed away, we used to listen to this song when we were very emotional. It has been 8 years, and I still miss her.

How beautiful, how stunning this is! I've loved the score of Titanic since day one, to me a masterpiece, bought the CD and had it on repeat for months. Years later, I still love it just as much. James Horner was such a great composer, RIP genius, you are missed.

Incredible! Simply incredible! I was so hoping that they would transition into “The Sinking,” but of course, when I saw the singer stand up again towards the end, I had a feeling they were going to transition to “Rose.” The Director really made me feel the emotions of Titanic. The musicians and singers were OUTSTANDING!!
