- About Briohny Smyth: Briohny is best known for her love of inversions and arm balances. She shared her passion with over 8 million viewers in her Equinox videos "The Contortionist" and "The Balancing Act" (filmed with her husband, yoga instructor Dice Iida-Klein) which sparked significant conversation in and around the yoga community.

Wow! This is one of the most incredible yoga videos I've ever seen! For many reasons. These 2 women so beautifully demonstrate the strength, grace and fluidity of the practice. Where yoga becomes dance, and art becomes yoga. Though masterful, it is not about the self; the spirit of yoga shines through. I could watch this again and again.

It's breathtaking when you see the grace of the human body and spirit in motion, and what we are capable of achieving. The yoga flow is so inspiring. It completely shows the dance of breath, movement, lightness, strength and flexibility that results from a dedicated practice. As a former yoga teacher, I am most in awe of the energy this video -- soothing and calming. Thank you.

Watching "The Contortionist" video 3 years ago is what made me start practicing yoga.
Well, this is one of the most beautiful expressions of flow, beauty and grace I've ever witnessed. I actually have to echo everything the person below me said.
