    I was playing squats today, and after I finished my second repp, I felt like all the blood in my head just isn’t there. Dizziness and blurry vision as well. I went and got some Iron sources, didn’t help at all. I then realized that I had forgotten to put any salt into my eggs for breakfast. I hadn’t had any salt all day. I went back home, got some extra salt with my lunch, and everything is alright. I used to think that salt is bad, it’s going to kill me. But no, it’s good if you take what you need, bad if you take too much.

    So much of what we were told by the medical community has been been demonstrated to be wrong. I’m
    60, and so much of the things I thought were healthy for most of my life - low sodium, low fat, getting most of your calories from carbs like whole grains - it’s been largely disproven. It’s so frustrating we were taught these things in the first place, and by medical practitioners, no less. The only things they seemed to have gotten right have been that processed sugar is bad, and smoking is bad. But pretty much everything else . . .

    I actually was low on sodium a couple times in my life (Like diagnosed had to go to the hospital) I used to keep a very low sodium before that happened to me, after that happened I keep it more balanced now. I never really gravitated towards super salty food anyways but I just I no longer buy like "low sodium" in everything like I use to

    It's not actually true that having Hypertension means you should avoid salt. Hyponatremia (low salt in the body) itself can actually CAUSE Hypertension... as can low intake of magnesium or potassium.
    BUT SO CAN B1 deficiency caused by all this sugar and starch or alcohol were consuming in large quantities.
    PS. Insulin resistance from too much sugar/ carb and not enough exercise also causes you to retain that salt too

    Awesome to know, my son was diagnosed with T1DM taking 1000mg met, with Lantus 25unit, 15unit 10unit 5unit and now he is off Lantus but still taking the met. He’s been having low sugar, I hope they take him off the met too, I th k he is fine. Only reason why his sugar was high was he was drinking REDbull and it almost killed him, it made his insulin levels go too low. I think he is fine now but they say it will be for the rest of his life. I’m doubting it’s true now.

    Hur kommunicerar du så mycket skönhet? Det är otroligt. Jag tittar bara på det och det får mig att gråta. För jag tittar på det och jag tittar på mig själv. Ja, du har aldrig sett porr förrän du har sett det på 5meo DMT. Tills du inser att det är du och det är i grunden vad oändlighet är. Lite som jag älskar dig, nej jag älskar dig, nej jag älskar dig, nej jag älskar dig mer, jag älskar dig mer, jag älskar dig mer. Vem kan älska vem mer? Och den som kan älska vem mer är Gud. Du ser den där långa listan med saker om dig själv som du inte älskar. Gud älskar alltihop. Jag ber om ursäkt för att jag inte älskar mer, det är det enda du behöver be om ursäkt för. Tack. Tack för kärleken! Och vid den här punkten inser du att det är det, det är poängen. Det är den enda lektionen i livet. Det är mitt enda jobb. Att älska. Allt annat är idioti och då säger du jag älskar dig. För första gången i ditt liv säger du jag älskar dig för att du verkligen förstår vad den frasen betyder och du förälskar dig i Gud. Men när det kastas ut där är det försiktigt så han kastar ut det där men sen säger du att jag inte kan älska det och vad Gud kommer att säga tillbaka är, det är okej. Jag älskar att du inte är kapabel att älska. Jag älskar det. Och när det träffar dig. Det är det som fyller dig med tillräckligt med kärlek för att övervinna din motstånd till att älska även den nästa nivån som du kan göra. Nej, det kan inte vara kärlek. Självklart är det kärlek! Vad annars kan det vara! Det är kärlek! Nej, oj, det här är omöjligt! Självklart är det kärlek, hur kunde det vara något annat!? Hur kunde jag vara så dum att tro att det är något annat. Och Gud säger självklart att det är kärlek.

    I'm sorry but, I'll say now you're being misleading. Table salt is not good for human consumption; it negatively affects every organ in the body. We do not need to consume excess sodium because it is already adequately naturally occurring in almost everything we eat, even in foods like frozen vegetables and raw meats, have some sodium already in it, which is all most would need to sustain life.

    • @gabrielalfaia8154
      @gabrielalfaia8154 7 місяців тому +4

      Read the book "The salt fix". Salt is and always was essential for humans. Goats walk miles to lick salty rocks. Cities used to fall because of a siege that caused lack of salt in the city. Of course not "excess" sodium. Nobody is recommending excess anything. But the guidelines have been wrong for a long time. In that book is recommended 8 to 12 grams of salt, which is waay more that the WHO recommends. For anecdotal evidence (of me) my energy is better and i tested running with and without salt before exercise. With salt it doubles the time until second wind. DOUBLES.
