I noticed the veins on my shins became more visible after doing calf raises for few weeks, is that normal? I thought calf raises is supposed to help varicose veins but mine got worse?
Those may not be varicose veins. Normal veins maybe. Still if doubt, approach a vascular Specialist near you

Wouldn't approve it generically at least
May make an exception rarely with instructions.
