Doflon 500 given and for 3 months time I took medicine and got improved After 2 years when I was in my farms I had a small puncture in my left leg and that became very serious and became a 6 stage ulcer and the wound didn't healed for a year. Ummm. It's detailed. But main focus is on C - clinical staging. C1- spider/reticular veins. C2- Varicose veins. C3- swelling/edema. C4- skin changes (4a- hyperpigmentation, 4b - lipodermatosis sclerosis. 4c - atrophic blanchae). C5- healed ulcer. C6- non healing ulcer.

The symptoms u r sharing are very prominently seen in patients with varicose veins. As blood pools downwards. But it can have other possible causes too. Approach a vascular Specialist near you and get it sorted.
