- In March 2023 we set out on another epic American road trip.

A great episode Dave, I didn't think the crater looked a mile wide until you zoomed in on the wee man in the space suit. The big Dodge fits in a lot better than a VW would beside all the fabulous classics.

Thats a shame, my ex partner lives in Albuquerque New Mexico and her family owns and operates a car parts factory that you could have had a visit to and filmed on your journey.
If youre passing through California let me know and I will try and help you to set up a few visits to places to film at 👍

Thanks very much buddy. As you can tell we were on a bit of a non stop adventure and maybe Roswell was a bit ambitious so we didnt spend long in Albuquerque but I always make the joke that "we will see it next time we are here" so I will keep you in mind. I love visiting the USA so I will definitely be back and I have promised Jo that we will make it to the northern states next time and Boston is firmly on the list.
Great episode, stunning scenery and thanks for taking us along. I see you are a fellow Convoy fan. I watched it again just the other week, I think i first saw it in about 1982.
I grew up with old road movies like Convoy, Smokey and the bandit and Cannonball run. Probably why I like doing these road trips. I have visited filming locations from the Smokey and Cannonball run and on this holiday it was Convoy's turn and I have another of the filming locations coming up in episode 4.
