    Please Note: Progesterone supplementation may be necessary for some women during certain points in their cycles or early pregnancy. Please do not use progesterone creams or supplements on your own as the FIRST method of balancing hormones. It may be necessary, but should never be the very first thing you try. Consult your practitioner! And then use BBT also - this will help you really understand what is happening in that luteal phase!

    Hiii! I loved this video so much!! I have extremely low Esterogen and even lower Progesterone (so I am still Esterogen dominant). Do you think this kind of imbalance can cause moderate hormonal acne? I seem to have a bit of hormonal acne around my jaw + chin but can't seem to find info about this and my hormone levels.

    In my Luteal Phase, I get really BAD constipation to the point where it hurts my back, abdomen, legs and all. I literally have to take ibuprofen since it’s the only thing that works. Drinking more water and adding fiber to my diet hasn’t worked. My doctor keeps telling me it’s normal and that progesterone slows down your digestive system. Any tips on what to do? It’s veerrryyy painful. Currently going through it.

    PLEASE NOTE: There are absolutely instances in which progesterone supplementation is useful and necessary especially in early pregnancy, but it should not be your first go-to. Please only use progesterone supplementation under the care of your medical practitioner. However: all the natural things you can do to boost your progesterone levels? Have at it!
    Stay tuned for further videos coming up all about way to increase progesterone! (Vitex video is coming up on Thursday!)

      i have the most profound lutal phase defect you will ever know. No ovulation. I have Period after Period, so zero lutealphase. Estragen isn´t too high but my progesterone is none excisting. I have taken 2x200mg progesteron per day.Didn´t change a thig. I think this must be waaaaaaay too less Progesterone.

      @@madlenj.4644 There sounds like a lot going on here! I'm sorry to hear you're struggling with this, but I've seen this before and it's possible to get it under control. Medications are probably not the only thing needed, and the CAUSE for your irregularity is something that needs to be looked at. Thank you for the info! Would low BBT after Ovul. indicate low Progesterone? I had a definite spike (avg BBT was 97.3 and dipped to 96.44 on day 13, predicted O on day 14, and increased to 97.95 on day 16, and has been around 97.85 since. This is my first normal cycle after a miscarriage, but I previously had 28 day cycles. I read BBT should be over 98.2 after O, and I wonder if my lower temps are due to low P even if luteal phase is a normal length.

    I get veryyy constipated during my luteal phase and it hurts soooo bad until I start my period, is that normal? My doctor told me that I wasn’t ovulating and I also said what u said, what is the root of the problem? She said she didn’t know and I had to take clomid. I never did.

    • @ThePetalbluelite
      @ThePetalbluelite 4 роки тому +1

      I've just seen your comment so i thought i'd help give you another, more mechanical reason why you might be constipated during your luteal phase and maybe before your periods too. By the way eat a handful of prunes, dates, apricots or figs (and drink lots of water!) to relieve constipation pains before they start. I love your channel.
    I’ve had 2 chemical pregnancies and I’ve always suspected that my Luteal phase wasn’t what it needed to be.
    I’m currently pregnant, I’m thinking I’m around 4-5 weeks.
    And I’m scared I’m going to miscarry again due to low progesterone.
    I’ve never been “diagnosed” with it, but I have never asked the doctor either.
    I’m kind of new to this little study, so I’ll be asking my doctor lots of questions!
    Thank you for being so helpful.

      Congratulations! You can absolutely go in to your doctor now to get early blood levels drawn. You'll be able to see if your progesterone is on the low end, and if so you can supplement with whatever your dr recommends. You can also do serial hcg blood tests, but I was always more concerned about my progesterone level especially after several losses. Best wishes and good luck to you!! ❤️
      Also, check out the video on foods that can help increase progesterone as well 😘

    You mentioned about the skin absorption. I use Aveeno on my face, since I was 18. The lotion has a soy complex. Is that something you think could contribute to fertility challenges. I’ve heard soy is no bueno for fertility. Thank you.

    • @FertilityMom
      @FertilityMom  4 роки тому +2

      So any lotion or makeup products that contains certain kinds of compounds can absolutely contribute, but the main part to take away is "the dose makes the poison". So that product may not by itself be causing an issue but that combined with allllllllll the other toxins we're exposed to through our everyday products AND our foods, the dose adds up. I can do a whole video on that kind of stuff if you like? Products good for fertility? Or at least not as offensive to it, anyhow. haha! The things to concentrate is to reduce exposure from everyday items YOU control as much as possible😉
