Had me in stitches watching this and 6 min 50 in in tears, been there before and know the feeling lifting them bikes up with no energy. Keep them coming.
Awesome dude, great simple video, great editing as usual....I'm glad toy mentioned the Morocco trip, I'll have to watch it again soon. All the best from Canada eh!
Canada eh! 😂 Thanks man. I wasn't sure whether to bother making this or not because, as you said it's a simple video, but people seem to be enjoying it.
Aren’t we lucky having the TET and SPTA on our doorsteps💙 Had a mate crash his WR in the same place you 2 did. A group of us doing Basingstoke to the plain on TET on 8th May. I recced it last week and completely different to winter when I last rode it. Great video as always 👏🏼👏🏼
Great video, looks like a nice little ride. Those short / simple rides are many times the ones that are the most fun... The snow is now gone here, need to do a ride like this soon. Cheers from Montreal !!
🤣 Love it!!!! Great to see you both on film again . Looks like you both had a great time!!! What about grabbing some old Honda 3 wheel ATC's? Now they are fun!!!
@@yt_bikey2867 poor Bowzer, we’ll travelled and well ridden to the end!!; I’m thinking about going back to an analogue GSA 1200 from my new 1250 to Chuck around some lanes!!!🤣🤣
I've just found your channel and have subscribed, waiting on my ktm 1090 advr to arrive so I can start some green laning and adventure riding. Nice to see you have a 990 🤩... I see you run Mitas tyres, how do you rate them? Especially in wet conditions!?...
Sounds ace buddy! Those 1090’s are good bikes. Are you taking about the E09? If so I think it’s a great tyre. As for the wet, if you mean on tarmac, I’d argue all 80/20 tyres suck on wet tarmac 😂 The E09 seems stable enough for me though.
@@OllieMoto thanks for the reply, I am looking at the new trail + Dakar which is supposed to be good in our muddy conditions... I'm planning on doing the ACT in Wales in August or September so getting organised before the bike arrives 😃.
The Enduro Trail +? That’s the new name for the E07 I believe. I’d call it (the E07) more of a 50/50 tyre, but I’ve heard the ACT isn’t always too gnarly so you should be ok. I used the E07 for my Road to Morocco series and it did great. As for the Dakar version, a lot of my riding circles just go standard because the Dakar is pretty difficult to get off a rim if you get a puncture, due to it being stiffer. Just food for thought. Enjoy the trip! 👍🏻
Hi really liking the videos and it's got me wanting to do some off roading. is there a best way of finding green lanes I see you use a sat navi. Is there a good site to go on many thanks
In the UK? Google byway maps and there’s this little interactive map that shows you (roughly) where lands are, but then check them on the OS mapping on Bing 👍🏻
I use some mirrors I grabbed off Ebay and, no, they look nice but they're rubbish mirrors! 😂 I've actually just bought some Doubletake Trail Mirrors to fit, which are simple but effective.
I stuck a 265 on the rear, and not sure what seat height that gives me. It’s essentially the same as the R models. However, I do wish I’d just done 245 - that 20mm of ‘dab’ would have kept me upright on a few occasions! 😂
I'm a big, big fan of Mosko kit. Been using their gear for years now. We both happen to be wearing the RAK pullover in this one, and I'm also wearing the Basilisk trousers 👍
No way in gods green earth I'd be out on my big bike in those conditions, that's 450 only territory and proper knobbly tyres. The wet sand of east anglia is always a bit grippier than the clag of the plain, anyone who thinks it's easy to ride in that chalky slop clearly hasn't ridden in it before!
Ah mate they were big ones. Had a few people message me saying they’ve binned it at exactly the same spot. Lovely fast gravel, then downhill chalk with no warning 😂
Had me in stitches all over again. “I know, I’ve got a great idea, after not riding for ages let’s go ride Chalk in the depths of winter”.
Haha, love it. I think we were both in that boat dude. Stupid idea! 😂
i ride exc500 and i applaud any of you big bike riders, serious props ! Modern day heroes
Haha 🤣 Hero may be an overstatement but I'll take it! 🤘🏻
Brilliant video as always. Good to see Whitey again.
Always nice to ride with that dude.

Thanks Mark! Yeah, that chalk… 🙄😂 Came out of nowhere!

5.07. His and his spills,, sweet
I know. Sympathy falls.
Good to get out and about mate!
Yeah man, great day out.
Good to see the lads together again love the look of the rak jackets
They are proper good jackets. I love my Mosko gear.
Yeah I really like it, comfortable, surprisingly warm and not bulky.
lol thought I only rode like that. good vid. good fun.
Great little day out. Gotta show the 'realism' in this stuff eh?

Yup, we are very lucky. I’ll be much more careful at that spot in future though!
Glad to see you catching up with the lads. Always make me laugh when you lot get together.
If I could ride with these boys all the time I would. We need to quit our jobs and just ride for a living 🤔
Great video, looks like a nice little ride. Those short / simple rides are many times the ones that are the most fun... The snow is now gone here, need to do a ride like this soon. Cheers from Montreal !!
Yeah, little hops out can be the best sometimes! Ah awesome, get out there and ride!!! I’m jealous you’re over there, looks like a great place.
🤣 Love it!!!! Great to see you both on film again . Looks like you both had a great time!!! What about grabbing some old Honda 3 wheel ATC's? Now they are fun!!!
And some of the most dangerous machines on planet earth 😂. Send me in!
Haha! I'd still manage to crash it.
Those KTM’s are very sleepy!!!🤣🤣What ever happened to Bowzer as I think I missed it???, and whitey’s skills have come in since Morocco!!👏👏👏
Something went wrong with the engine on route to the HAT, never rode Bowser again and BMW wouldn’t tell me exactly what broke.
@@yt_bikey2867 poor Bowzer, we’ll travelled and well ridden to the end!!; I’m thinking about going back to an analogue GSA 1200 from my new 1250 to Chuck around some lanes!!!🤣🤣
"Sleepy" 🤣🤣 Like it!
Was that the M4 at the end? Oh how I miss UK motorways 😂
M27. Haha yeah they are so good, right? 😂
Nice video
Thanks 👍🏻

Content never disappoints.
Thanks buddy. I am so behind on my editing too - much more to come.
Nice mini adventure. Any longer trips planned? Always enjoy your films. 😀🙌
I have my footage from Morocco to edit next! 😀
Looking forward to it!
There’s always plans, just trying to make them happen that’s the hard bit.
Great one, keep posting love from India ❤
Will do!
Great video! Makes me a bit nervous though, as I'm slowly getting my bike sorted and prepped to start learning off road riding 🙃
I ride quite hard and therefore fall over bit. Take it steady, you'll be fine... and you'll love it!
@@OllieMoto Well if climbing ever tought me anything, then if you dont fall, you dont learn 😉
Exactly.
@@OllieMoto well the other lesson was - falling might hurt a lot, but let's not mention that 😂
Just make sure you’ve got decent kit on, falls are inevitable, like you say you’re not trying if you don’t.
Loved the simu-crash
Simu-crash! All crashes in this video were 100% genuine, 2 motorcycles were hurt in the filming of this video.
Simu-crash 😂😂 I think he means when I had a little lie down Whitey...

nothing more slippery than Chalk!
Oh man, it's a killer. Breaks shoulders and everything! 🤣
Naughty naughty Ollie, we can see when you up the playback speed by 40%. Guy
😂😂😂 I’m saving that for footage of you in Morocco.
Great video!
Question, what kind of mirrors do you use? And are you satisfied with them? Thanks.

@@OllieMoto Haha, they do look nice. But that's a no go then. Thanks.
Hey mate P.S. DO NOT DISLOCATE SHOULDER AGAIN. 😑. And although u have busy schedule'you said' you ride all the time 😄. And Yep.. hi whitey.😀
I don't get to ride all the time! 😂 I do make videos when I do go riding though ha...
Dude what is the suspension travel and seat height now?
I stuck a 265 on the rear, and not sure what seat height that gives me. It’s essentially the same as the R models. However, I do wish I’d just done 245 - that 20mm of ‘dab’ would have kept me upright on a few occasions! 😂
What does WLF mean on your tank?
It's a secret, if I told you I would be killed by WLF Enduro.
What do you reckon to the mosko kit?
I absolutely love the RAK pullover, great fit.
I'm a big, big fan of Mosko kit. Been using their gear for years now. We both happen to be wearing the RAK pullover in this one, and I'm also wearing the Basilisk trousers 👍
Iv slid my t7 down that exact bit 😂
We should stick a warning sign up! 😂
@@OllieMoto yea especially when it goes from fast flat fire road into that 😂
I know man. There was no exaggeration in that video - properly got us both by surprise.
@@OllieMoto I know right, it’s as soon as it slopes off the front just slides down and you’re off
@@Advmot0 yup. I look like I jumped off mine - I assure you it just "went". I was maybe a bit distracted by Whitey though!

Yeah you’re not wrong. Most of my falls (and others I’ve seen) are cause of that bloody chalk! I do like riding the big girl though…
I can’t wait to get back to East Anglia, some great riding.
Absolutely rapid crashes there 😅 put me to shame!
Ah mate they were big ones. Had a few people message me saying they’ve binned it at exactly the same spot. Lovely fast gravel, then downhill chalk with no warning 😂
Yeah right.
