My fiancée & I loved The Dells. In 1968 we went to see them in concert. Not sure where the concert was held but we lived in a suburb of Detroit. Hot damn we might have been just a few of the white people there. I had black bouffant hair & blue eyes. I remember I wore a lavender coat dress with gold buttons. I did get a lot of looks. Yes, we have The Dells CD. Great memories & the best music ever in the 60’s. Motown defined my life. Oh yes. I had a record player in my car. Plus I still have my 45 record collection & my albums.

I recorded this on a reel to reel tape at Clark A.F.B. in the Philippines in 68 or 69.First off I thought it was the Four tops, And second I don't know where you guys keep finding these clips and videos But keep it up. Mr. Junior was an original member of the Rock 'N Roll Hall of Fame group, The Dells...
In 1968 he sang lead on "There Is"; it peaked at #20 on Billboard's Hot Top 100 chart and at #11 on the R&B chart...
The Dells had 47 records make Billboard's Hot R&B Singles chart, with "Oh What A Night" reaching #1 in 1969...
