Dr Christina, do you have any advice on how to study for subjects that feel hard to retain information like geography, one of the humanities subjects?

I recommend using mind-maps to organise the information first.
Memory palace works extremely well for humanities subjects like Geography | History | Literature.
You can check out our 10X Study Techniques Course we dive into quite deep detail on how use both the above techniques for humanities.

Hi Dr Christina. I'm currently studying A level chemistry, maths and psychology. Can suggest me any effective methods to study these subjects?

Spaced repetition works really well for Chemistry & Maths in memorising formulas.
I recommend splitting study sessions up too 25 mins work / 5 mins rest practicing questions :)
